I was visiting delhi and booked a Meru there. I made the booking at 11am for the car to arrive at 8pm. At 7:57pm Meru calls me to tell me that they are sorry and that there are no cabs available in the vicinity. They canceled my booking three minutes prior to my scheduled time and I was stranded with no mode of transport. It was absolutely pathetic and a company with zero guarantee should not operate a transport business. They call me 3 minutes prior to my departure time and ask me to make alternate arrangements. I received no consetion from them. Despite of asking a call back from the manager I didn’t even receive that. It is the most unreliable and unprofessional cab service I have ever experienced. The booking was made well in advance for them to send the cab to my location. Will never avail a Meru again and would urge others to not do so either. They deserve nothing but a negative rating.
