Very cooperative. I had purchased our car in 2018. From then on whatever servicing of the car has been done, all have been done from this Service Centre. I am satisfied till now.

Educated and experienced service advisors and service engineers. Very co-operative. But only problem is vehicle in and out. They have limited space with huge number of vehicles. Once I got my car job done within 5 minutes and I had to wait for more than 2 hours for getting my car out of service centre.

Car Service is good, but with inadequate maintenance staff and space. There is no proper ventilation ststem in the Work-shop. No Canteen Service facility is also available there ! Authority should be more careful in this regard.

Very bad and not professional at all ..my car was not cleaned or washed properly .Where as the job sheets maintains the work was done .This is the second time ,I had bad experience with their team .Very poor servicing , will not recommend.

I did various work/services (bumper to bumper) for my Maruti Ciaz car recently. I felt the quality work done was very average and the people involved had work ethics issues for the following reasons:1) They took more than 3 weeks to complete (some of) my work and all my requirements were not fulfilled. I had to intervene and get my car back else they would have taken another 2 weeks just to do simplest of things.2) Lack of coordination between departments. Always have excuses for not doing work properly on time.3) Lack of professionalism - People I was dealing with doesnt know to communicate with customers. Rude and unprofessional.Overall it was a very disappointing experience. I have shared the same feedback to the company representatives and hope they learn from their mistakes and improve on their services.

Service although good but not up to the mark. Require thorough inspection by the supervisor otherwise so..so...Cleaning and washing require attention of the management. Sanitization is a must and must be followed rigorously

Went for AC blower problem yesterday, GM Mr Shyamantak chakraborty was really helpful and the work was done as per my satisfaction

Had gone for a paid service and had paid 30k but rather than fixing the issues, they created more issues.when i took for inspection, they added more issues and told tyre replacement is required and all. Just a way to earn money and fool people. They do not accept their mistake at all.

I would have given a 0 star if possible.I took my nee Ignis for the 1st service and a denting painting job.The car was not washed and not cleaned. It was dirtier than when I had given them my car.One of the alloy wheels had scratches. They painted it with local color for Rs. 500 which can be removed by normal thinner. Also they do not use painters tape or newspapers. The Suzuki batching and the nuts of the wheel was also painted black. Like how can someone do this kind of a job? If someone is blind then only this can be done. After showing them this they removed with thinner. I could have done the same thing much cheaper at home.Also my left Orvm has been damaged. Now it doesnt open as it used to do previously. The right one opens properly but the left one is now defective. They are powered so when I press the switch to close or open the left one opens or closes before the right one. They did not agree to this. I would sugest you not to take your sofhisticated cars here. They can work only on the base variants.

Very good place for servicing maruti Suzuki cars. Very much well equipped, thoroughly computerised with all up to date instruments and facilities. They can fix up almost every problem with your maruti car including spares and bodywork, break, clutch, lights, engine- everything. Automobile engineers and staffs are very much efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Waiting areas for drivers and owners are also modest though lacking entertainment and refreshments. Billings are reasonable

Service time should be taken into considered for aged people and waiting rooms must be cleaned.

Very nice and clean place for car service. During last six years I used to visit this place once a year for yearly service and maintenance of my car Maruti Suzuki A-Star. Im very satisfied with the service of this center.

This service station is on the road which runs along a canal. You can reach this station easily from Ultadanga jn. The Canal East Road appears to be one-way from north to south up to some part. Convenient to reach EM By-pass near Chingrihata jn. from the service station if you head straight south along the canal.

Best place to service Maruti car ...from basic to luxury they provide everything ..Till now everything was too satisfactory.Its a busy centre otherwise there is nothing raw.

This place is very good location. This service center is very big but do not decorated. Mechanics are well trained.

One of the best service stations for Maruti cars. They complete the jobs on time as per the committed schedule. Good thing that I have experienced is that the service advisors try to give you the optimum services. They do not burden you with additional services that your car does not need. That way I find them the most trustworthy. My past experience with another authorised service center was just the opposite.

Most pathetic and delayed service. While we waited, the customer service representative was busy talking over phone or staring at tab screen and pc screen. Whether it is service or Insurance dept. Mentality is the same. People did not seem to be interested in working at all.

Very good workshop for Maruti car. All facilities are there for repairing work. Cost is also reasonable. Good trained workforce are there to take challenges. Hospitality is good. Customers lounge is also good. Time to time they offer tea, coffee. But billing takes little bit more tome.

Good service but lack of systematic work.If you dont show hurriness to your service manager then you will be delayed.Apart from this overall experience is good,they are polite to their customer (dont know about paid service as Im writing this review on the basis of free servicing.)No lack of garage,they have ample amount of space.

I am servicing our Maruti here for the last 4 years and am overall very happy with their effort. They are punctual with their delivery.However, a negative aspect is the washing. The washing is not up to the mark.

It is Maruti Suzuki service workshop. All kinds of service and repair works are done here for Maruti Suzuki vehicles.

They are among the worst MSIL dealers and authorized service centers. I shifted from my usual service center because of a recommendation and promise of a discount on labour charges. But in the end my well maintained car came back with grease smudges inside on the upholstery, dirtier than before. Underbody, Engine, boot was not cleaned at all. Not sure if they did anything other than a polish and oil and coolant change.The clutch problem that was reported was not fixed. In fact at the end of the service, the engineer /mechanic did not realize that he was working on a automatic transmission, and ended up asking me to use the clutch properly.When I complained, they took in the vehicle again, and brought back with more grease stains inside, but no other problems fixed.Please avoid this workshop, and if you had a similar experience, complain to MSIL

Good workshop. Car servicing is also good. But it will take 4 to 5 hour to hand over the car. So if you have a time in hand go there for car servicing.

This is a Maruti Suzuki workshop owned by Sanei Motors. The timings is 8-6 and you have to do prior booking for your car service.The staffs are very much helpful and the service is quite good.They will keep you calling for confirmation if your car is running smoothly or not after service.Also, they will remind you of the next due service.

Excellent place for Servicing the cars of Maruti, highly technically equipped and thorough computerized system to check the car... really a place for the car lovers to look into the mechanism of the cars and the staff there also highly trained and approachable for all kinds of problems. Only the problem is there that its not at all ideally located. In fact, no communication from there to anywhere except the car itself and also theres not a single food stall or anything of that kind inside or outside the service centre..

Overall good but need to be little bit more organised.

Professional attitude but delayed in procuring my vehicles spare required for repairing.

This place is located in Canal East Road and is actually huge. There are three tires in this workshop catering only to Suzuki vehicles. The staff are very courteous and hospitable.

I have serviced my car in this workshop and also I had some body work.The body works has been taken care very good but as far as service is concerned the milage has dropped by nearby 2 km per lit. I already informed the same to the authority but yet to receive satisfactory response and remedies.

It is a big and state of art workshop, body repairing is done here but one must try to overlook the repair work themselves.

I got my car serviced every year from here. It is a good workshop but located in a congested place surrounded by busties and other godowns. The employees are good here. But attending to us customers takes time and need to wait.

The mechanics/ technicians though are polite but are always trying to rip your pocket by providing wrong information to a layman customer. In my case they gave me a estimate of (INR) Rs. 9000/- for fixing one of my issue and wherein I got the same job done with another authorized Suzuki Service Centre by paying only (INR) Rs. 200/-. BEWARE.

This place has gotten really bad. I had multiple troublesome experiences. Once I went for servicing and asked for specific servicing jobs but they insisted on paying for a pack of servicing jobs, most of which werent necessary and when I refused, they pulled an attitude which was frankly comparable to an extortionist. Later I had to replace my front bumper under insurance claim, they not only gave very poor quality replacement, which I suspect to be fake, but also damaged rear bumper and scratched paint off one of the doors. Never getting serviced from here again.

I have purchased a new maruti celerio zxi car from SANAI MOTOR  Laketown True value showroom 2 years ago and submit all required documents and money.At the time of accepting the money & documents the salesman told me that within 3 months i would be gettting my original number plate and registration. And that got completed. Thanks sanai motors. Also it has workshop near to ultadanga near to canel road, which is one of the possitive point of having workshop near to my residence.I have good experiencewith this shop. Only issue i saw is tge mileage of he zxi celerio car, which is havig 12.5 km per litre, which is very much less cmpared to 25 km per litre which was informed during the settlement time. Although i dont think its a problem with sanei, but its a problem with maruti which should not be shown in the advertisement about the mileage. Otherwise its a good plce to buy car based on its workshop experience and customer service.

This Maruti Suzuki service center is ok. Pros. Stuffs well mannered. Post service they do a customer satisfaction survey. They also offers car pick-up service and drop your car at your place.Cons. situated in such a location where no public transportation available, so you have to walk almost 1 km to pickup your car after service.

Staff are friendly, but not capable to answer queries immediately. Also they do not expect confirmation from customers end regarding satisfactory completion of defects.
