Bogus site with bogus work ethics. A lady promised to come down to my house and when she didnt, I tried calling them for 3days with no result. Nobody picked up the phone. Didnt even have the courtesy to inform me that she wouldnt come to my house at all. Thank God, I didnt hand over my materials to her. She would have just kept them for herself.

I used to stitch my clothes from a Muslim lady, who was from Metiabruz and the fitting was excellent.Suddenly she expired. After that I was really struggling to find a good one. Then I found Hello Tailor through net surfing .and I have started feeling even better than before. They are highly competent and professional. Fitting is very perfect and their behaviour is very good.

Seems owner himself write reviews and gave 5* rating... Nice one... The ambiance is not good at all.. the charges are not price worthy.. yet to get our product, cant comment on their job yet.. will update once we receive our product..

The most unprofessional tailor ever seen in my life. They take measurement but cut shot clothing which dont fit. You lose your money you lose your dress and cloth. This happened with me twice. After request received from the tailor I reconscidered and gave them a second chance but I lost again cloth dress and money.

Its a really nice place.. Went there to make a dress for my gf to gift her on her birthday and it was really awesome.. She loved that dress and also the designers there are really good and patient enough to listen to our needs and create and alter accordingly

Service needs one helluva improvement. No proper guiding from the staff. One has to call repeatedly to know the status of an order, yet some incompetent staff member will keep repeating that they dont know and will tell to call later. They are supposed to be online but actually they are just the opposite. Even payment system has only one mode - cash. Not even any digital wallet system is there, let alone POS machine. Theyll smartly tell you to go to ATM. The main thing, the service, its poor. Highly overpriced service. A simple blouse will cost ~800 here, with no special addition to it. Avoid.

Horrible service. They don’t know how to take measurements and don’t know how to stitch correctly. They are impolite, they took emergency charges for me due to short notice and still got all my clothes wrong. Absolutely unprofessional and uselessly expensive. Would never recommend.

Found out about this business through Google. My mom has tried their stitching service for quite a while. The prices are a little high compared to the others. They also provide free home delivery. All in all, its a reasonable service.

Worst place. They ruined each and every single cloth that I gave them to stitch. They did not follow any instructions. Made whatever they wanted to make. Wrong size, wrong style. Do not suggest this place to anyone.
