Got to know about them from Youtube and contacted them via the whatsapp bot they have which is very helpful to get the basic idea about the products available and the price of the same.For more details like sizing of the product or delivery details etc had to wait a bit till someone responded with the contact details of a sales representative to call directly and get the actual image/video of the product. FInally today I visited them and bought the Designer basin for which I have contacted them and my experience is wonderful be it about their behavior, their collection, pricing etc. The best part is the whatsapp chatbot which gave me decent idea about the products they currently have in stock even before visiting them which helped me plan my visit to their store. It took me only 2 days to search, contact and visit their store to check and grab the product and I am fully satisfied with the purchase. Great experience with Rishav traders...Personally Im went there for purchasing Marble Mandir.I found They offer Best price as compared to others (Kolkata area) and designs are also unique ,They give me some discount also.Owner and staff behaviour are very good too....Overall Im very happy & satisfied with this purchase.

Worst experience ever,just like feel cheated. Dont recommend at all. If ask why 1) what size of marble we choose and paid not get the same,2) colour we choose not get,3) Delivery charge is huge which is not mentioned at the time of purchase.So very upset dont be cheat at all guys. Try another shop what u like.

Do not believe on the show off of this shop.They are a big cheater .I bought white floor tiles from them around 56 boxs.They showed my a very high quality tiles at shop while taking the order but when they actually supplied they supplied me a 3rd quality product after fixing it on my house within one month permanent black mark started coming. It is a big loss for me for my life time.Plz check the pictures I shared never buy any product from them.

Excellent service. Due to covid situation, we could not visit the store. But we made our choice through the catalog and actual product photo and availability were shared by the shop. It was a very easy way of digital marketing and shopping. Payment done in morning and product received by afternoon.. product was in excellent condition as in catalog and display.

Rate is very reasonable nearly wholesale price and stocks in variety are also very good.

1 star for employees behavior and experience I did have there. They will send you wrong product and if you ask for change, they will charge you the fare. They will never exchange your product in case of any fault of them. Employees are over smart and their way of talking will make you feel like you dont know anything.

Purchased tiles and home decor items from here..It was a worst experience ever I have.They sold me dispute tiles first of all and when I told them the senerio they said all tiles are like that and even denied to change it 😠 All tiles are in bend condition, means it is not matching at all.And second thing is I got many package of tiles which was totally in broken condition and after I told them that they said they are not going to change it back and said I have to purchase it again.In all other shop its not like that if any package of tile is in broken condition they change it but here.......... Highly disappointed 😞😠😠😠😠
