Very very unprofessional people at this Airtel store. They make you sit for hours without giving proper solution to your problem. They care least about customers time. My broadband is not working for last 10 days. Even though after raising several service requests and calling 121 and mailing the problem is not fixed. They have closed my service requests without fixing the issue. Pathetic experience with Airtel this time though I have been brand loyal customer. Seriously thinking of switching to another network. Airtel kindly address my issue ASAP.

Located at Prime location - Chinar Park.It was easy to locate this store.The behaviour of the staff isnt very well.

We went their to get our airtel Sim replaced.The airtel technician was quick to do all the required formalities.Sanitization was done.We presented the required details and got it replaced in 5 mins

Extremely unprofessional, unmannered and fraud staff. Made me buy broadband by false claims. Broadband doesnt work properly, they dont even receive calls EVER, didnt even give me the bill for the purchase. Im not even able to contact customer care. Everytime Im having to go to the store because they dont receive calls, and even after that, they dont respond properly. Purchasing airtel was a big mistake. Need to get it disconnected. Non cooperative staaf, specially Sourav Bose. Dont keep such employees.

Very convenient location as it is situated exactly on the Chinar park square. Free parking available for two wheelers as well as for four wheelers too. Very responsive staffs. Their behaviour towards costomer is great and very helpfulness in nature.

Outdated technology. They need original copy to do a sim porting. Despite the document being Aadhaar card. Jio does this via OTP.

Went to this store few days back to take new SIM for existing connection. Good social distance, queue management, tokens through sms. Work done in 15 mins and sim activated today. Service just as expected but AC was not working well everywhere.

Very bad. When asked to give in written whatever they are saying , they are not authorized to do so. They have delayed the posting of payment because of which our number got disconnected. They are accepting this verbally but not able say this in mail or written.

This is an odd place. I have taken a post paid connection. It hardly ever gives me the 4G speed. More than 15 days ago, I paid them extra to increase the data limit. It is either not effected nor is there any information. Their web-site is obnoxious. It does not give phone numbers, or if there are phone numbers they do not work. I would advise every one to keep away from Airtel.

Airtel provides pore data speed between 9 pm to 12 am at Narayanpur, Rajathat. Thats not a Indias Fastest Network. Its need more improvement.

Today went for new prepaid connectionThey said only recycle numbers are there(Used numbers which are closed now)They cannot give you new prepaid number.Only postpaid or recycled prepaid are available.Is it new policy of airtel not providing new prepaid connection.

Very bad experienced from Airtel Chinar Park, I have gone there for MNP but they have not respond properly and shown the cause they have only one tab and that’s busy with another work. The service representative was Ankita Gain, told us to wait some time. We have wait but they still did not respond properly. After that we leave from there.

Had a very bad experience with the Airtel Store Chinarpark. For replacing sim card, I have visited 3 times but sim card swapping was not done. The store executive is in lack of knowledge in work and they even didnt have the basic idea about their product. Maybe I am porting out my number from Airtel.

YESTERDAY ON 30.07.2018 I WENT TO THE STORE TO GET MY SIM CARD CHANGED . THEY GAVE ME A REPLACEMENT FOR MY OLD SIM AT 7:21PM & THEY SAID THE SIM WILL GET ACTIVATED IN THE NEXT 4 HOURS , I DEPENDED ON THEIR CONFIRMATION & WAITED AS IT WAS BVERY IMPORTANT FOR ME , NOW ITS 31.07.2018 8:27AM BUT STILL THE SIM CARD HAS NOT GOT ACTIVATED .

Very bad experience at Airtel Chinar Park, I went for a MNP but their response was really unsatisfactory and told that they have only one tab and that is busy with another work. The service representative, Ankita Gain told us to wait for some time. We waited but they didnt respond properly. After that we asked her when it can be done, she told itll take more time. We could couldnt wait more, thats why left the store.

Long waiting Time.At First I thought It will Take Only 10 Mins (When I am Enter here and Take the Token It says Wait Time is 4 Mins)But It was 1 Hour Wating.

Decent service

The Employees in this particular store are lazy and rude. They do not serve customers efficiently. Main problem is that they are unwilling to help the users out. I went there for MNP and they just kept me waiting for 45 minutes and then told me to come back some later point of time though in queue there were only three people before me as each one of the employees were slacking off. I was there from 3:10 PM to 3:55 PM.

Poor customer service. Not able to resolve issue. If possible avoid this place and go to Airtel Express nearby at Rajarhat Road near joramandir.
