During winter months a cricket pitch is made which is of very good quality. Ideal for spin bowling and is also a good batting track. During summer and monsoon the field gets ready for football matches. Every year the stadium witnesses two tournaments of cricket and football other than track and field events in winter. The stadium holds football and cricket coaching every year by renowned international players and alumni. Once the stadium hosted practice ground for England cricket team
