Not surprised at all the reviews mentioning arrogant And poor staff behaviour. They have so many employees and few customers in comparison yet no one is able to attend to the customer. Staff are all Engrossed in their mobile phones, rude, curt and just not interested. Its a shame. Although I have bought many gym equipments from them, I will not be returning to the store anymore.

Do Not buy any supplement from them because they are selling expired stuff. I purchased 2 Nos of pre workout drinks ( Phychotic) on 22 jan 2021 and the expiry date was 22 Jan 20121. As good faith and there brand value i didnt checked but after drinking few days i felt the stuff is not upto the mark. Then i checked and found the stuff was expired. So i visited them personally and complained the same but they were making nonsense excuses. First they said that they have no invoice of the stuff they sold to me when i pressurized then they agreed and said why i had opened the seal of those product. Conclusion is that they knew everything and selling all expired materials. So please do not trust them. As they are big brand in kolkata they have started cheating people to make big money. Please do not buy from Bodyline.

They do not clearly clarify the warranty period of a product, when you go to buy this staff.After few months they will tell you about the exact warranty period, when you face an issue.I think it must be very clear at the very beginning when you intend to buy.

Worst service, when there is any problem in the treadmill purchased from their store, they sent someone to inspect, charge 750/- service charge, take all costly parts from the treadmill and will neither repare the treadmill nor return the spare parts.Dont purchase from them if you dont want to be cheated.

Took away some hardware part for repair at there workshop. Now, not picking call. Raised the matter to their service section head (some Chawla). Talked in most cunning and sweet language. But, Not attended by anyone even after his intervention...pathetic state of affairs...worst post sales customer services...Dont buy these cheats.....

Great Service. I had called Bodyline Service Dept for servicing my 3 year old Velocity Treadmill which I had not even purchased from them. The Service Engineer came promptly and thoroughly checked all parts & lubricated the machine very satisfactorily. he also gave some good tips on maintenance.
