Good shop but wrong sales guy he is trying to sell products buy giving wrong information. I have taught him a lesson today. Now he will keep his voice down. I have seen a lot of bad things about the sales guy. Really it is disappointing i will write a mail to concerned authority

Rude, arrogant, uneducated, untrained, unprofessional staff. Avoid this store at all costs. They dont even know the features of the products they are selling. The moment you cross question them, they start showing their true colors. Very bad experience at this store.

The shop is in 2nd floor, right after the food court. Has good collection of treadmills, aircycle, crosstrainer, weights, gym wears and other exercise materials. Price is very competitive. The store people are also well versed and well mannered. Had a satisfied purchase.

Worst salesperson with worst behaviour...the person at the billing counter to be specific...speaks in broken english....and that too with height of arrogance...he was behaving as if he was doing some kind of favour on the customer...as he was always busy with his mobile phone....i went to buy a tennis racket I bought it and finally i discovered that he denied to provide the bat cover which comes with it. The person at the billing denied to provide the bat cover which comes with it. I refused to take the product but the person denied to give any refund. On the contrary he asked me to take a credit note..and started using abusive language....I was stunned by the audacity and rudeness of that fellow. please avoid this shop if you dont want yourself to be looted.

Arrogant rude behaviour of all staff sales people and even the darwan/gatekeeper talks arrogantly. Owner of Bodyline Sports please address these issues...And why should a customer show the receipt to the petty gatekeeper? This is such an insult to any gentleman

Purchased a 8lbs (size 6) Cosco basketball on Jul 4 2018. From prior bad experiences I told the salesman to give it from a packed box. After he pumped it, it didnt feel like I was holding 8lbs.On Jul 6 2018, when it was finally a sunny day and I planned to play basketball, it was a piece of rubber.When I took the ball to the shop, the rude salesman ( who rarely attends to you and is always talking over the phone), told me that it happened because I USED it even when I insisted I didnt.I have been playing professional basketball for 8 years now, and he wants to justify the defective product with such absurdity?Then he blamed me for not coming on the day of the purchase. Is it compulsory to start playing the moment I buy it?I asked him to pump it for me again and I will come immediately if the same thing occurs. He agreed to it.Pumped the ball. Went to the food court of the mall. Ordered food. By the time we were about to leave the food court, the ball was back to square one.Went to the salesman AGAIN. Now with an air of arrongance , he told me that they didnt exchange products once sold, even if its defective. They just have warranty against machines (which I am never risking to buy from them after this incident).I read the receipt, it was clearly written that USED product cannot be exchanged. But the salesman was still stubborn about his made up rule.Highly disappointed and disgusted to see such people ruining the image of the brand. Never buying from BodyLine again.
