Awesome place to shop for bicycle . Good servicing and great taking care asw well polite behaviour of staff.

Nice service from them. Some people wrote that the service was bad here and provided bad materials, for this i was somehow shocked to purchase from there. But, i was wrong. They provide me a good quality bicycle and price was lesser than other stores like Bentinck Streer and Sodepur as i was visited both places. And they did a free good check up. And the head mechanic came after 12pm, so i had to wait there 1 hr. But, they did a proper check up. For this, i have purchased two more cycles, and they did not harass me. They told me to come 12pm to 4pm for free check up.Nice service.

Very bad service quality..very bad experience... owner of this shop is very rude behaviour.. after sale and before sale both services r very bad..they dont fit cycle properly...xtra fitting material quality also poor...my experience is very bad..

I bought Hero Rafale Ds on 20/08/2021,the cycle is having some serious problem the front shocker is totally jammed,the rear break was loosely fit.the next day I took it to the shop and the staff there really misbehaved with me and react as it was my fault. They never accept it was their fault.Very bad after sale service.still now it is not fixed yet......really they give the defective one ..will not recommend anyone

They can sell a new cycle post 10:00AM. During the sale of a new cycle they relax Govt. Norms, & pay less heed to Covid..But during servicing they will say no 5 mins can be given , as per Govt norms. & come after 1 hour. Post one hour is govt norms relaxed???...The owner is rude & very arrogant.He literally tries to bully every negative reviews..Just follow the replies over there, he will give character details & linage.

Suggested improvement :-After sales service is what brings back customers and facilitates word of mouth.The objective of after-sales service is to build a relationship of mutual trust and knowledge with customers in order to ensure their continued satisfaction.

They have a good service option. As it is lockdown time, they politely told me to wait an hour as I noticed that two persons were waping out water from the side shop. No doubt they did the proper job. Firstly, I noticed that they have poor service in map rating. But, when I visited the store, the condition is far different. No doubt they took time of mine 1 hr, but did the proper work and I am very much happy with their service. Some bad people defame the store. Really the service is awesome here.Must reccomend the store to purchase.

Once cycles are sold & if there are some issues, no heed ll be paid. Will be harassed.Even in the review section, if any customer highlights negative aspects of the shop, they ll be treated as lairs, trying to defame,.They ll never accept their mistake.Changing review as the owner tried to communicate & was ready to help as per my convenience.

I purchased one frog topgun vector 91 from here on 15th August_20.The cycle is excellent but it is ATB cycle.I also request to seller to avail frog wanderer 700 c bicycle (white & Orange) and seller agrees to avail it in their shop within 10- 15 th of September-20.I dont know who is the owner of this shop but the behaviour and co - operation of young guy ( may be owners son) is very good in comparison to the old guy.

I bought Hero Sprint Rafale DS from this shop on 6 November for Rs 5500 (totally fair pricing). Before buying, I had a very good consultation with the owner in the chat section on Google Maps. They were very quick to reply and suggest me good cycles fitting my budget. But when I went to the shop, the owner was not present so there was no one to show and explain me the features of those cycles. My suggestion is not to visit the shop on the afternoon as owner is not present. Else, everything was good - large stock, easy to locate, fair pricing, instant set up, authorised dealership of all companies. Overall, a nice experience.

They are extremely reluctant to sell cycles. Most of the cycles are still in shipping boxes. You can see only a few, and can test nothing. The space is extremely cramped. They could care less if the customer will buy or not. I had to buy from somewhere else.

I have purchased two MTBs from here. One is Schnell King 27.5t and other is Fantom Ryder 27.5t. Price is lesser than any other stores of Bentinck Street and Shyambazar. I have searched that in other stores. But, other stores at Downtown Mall and Bentinck Street charged more. And the behavior is good and also the after sale service is also good. But, you have wait 10-20 mins for free checking. Otherwise all are good.The service here is awesome. I went the shop for service, as it is lockdown time, the owner told me to wait for 30-45min, and they properly did the job. No doubt, they have a good service option. I am very much impressed with this.

I bought a hercules tashan model cycle 19/5/2020..after few day use of my cycle regularly i face a problem with it, so i visit the store (bina cycle).but when i arrived and asked for help the shop owner misbehave with me and did not co-oprate with me..he shouted at me and say what is it..that the moment i decide i did not come again and i did not want any kind of product purchase from that store in future..very bad bina cycle its extream thing u have done.very bad review for after sale services.

Very good cycle store

Very bad experience with this cycle shop. They sold me one defected cycle almost 15 days back but till date it is not replace and they are not entertaining also.

This shop serves us 7 days, but at the time of repairing of new bought cycles, you must go within 3 pm except Sunday within one month. No doubt, they have enough stocks in cycles and reasonable rate. But, at the time of repairing of old cycles, you must wait for two weeks, this is the bad point. All over the service is good.

Worst shop... Never purchase any bicycle from this shop. I bought a bicycle and they delivered it to my home quickly and in good condition, but the day after I was facing a lot of problems while riding it. The breaks of the bicycle was not working, the mudguard wabbles while riding and makes disturbing noise and many other problems. So I informed them about this and they told me to bring the bicycle to their shop and told me that they will fix it, but they couldnt and behaved rudely when I claimed that the problem are not solved at all. Again I went to that shop with my bicycle and requested them to fix it or replace my bicycle as it was a very new cycle but the owner of the shop misbehaved with me and my father. The owner behaved such that there is no problem with the cycle and it was all my fault.This was my worst purchase experience in my entire life.

Good shop and collections of cycles are good. Also with good pricing. I purchased a Frog Viper-X 101 27.5t MTB cycle(21speed, dual disc, front suspension) from there worth rs 14,000/-. The cycle is very nice and I am happy with that. They helped me very much to choose this cycle.I want to add one thing. Previously, like all, I thought that at Bentinck street, there is a large no of shops and large no of stocks, also price is lesser than here. But, this is wrong information. Before purchasing, I visited and justify the pricing of this shop and bentinck street shops as well as sodepur. But, from all of these shops, they charged me more price than this shop.So, I bought this cycle from here.

Good shop and good collection .........but for repairing you have to wait for 2-3hrs......and even for 1 week if u keep your cycle there.......no doubt that they do the work properly but ....then keep it for many days uselessly
