In the age when kids sit with their face glued to mobile phones and computers... this and a couple of other shops in Bhawanipore Kolkata still uphold the bengali tradition & love for sports and respect for great sportsmen of the early 19th century Bengal. Prices are very low. Even in 2020 one can get a cricket ball for 10₹ here. For kids like us growing up in 90s Calcutta this place like a handful of others still ring of nostalgia.
