Worst service. Customer care dont even bother to pick up given ph number..

Service was good before cyclone Amphan but after that their service became very bad. They have no interest in solving our broadband service requests and always insist on taking their fiber connection by paying a premium which actually dosent make any difference in service quality. They are always busy blaming my router for all their issues. They have become totally money minded and arrogant after the cyclone and dosent even care if I tell them I will disconnect their broadband service. I have only given them 2 stars instead of 1 because their cable tv service is good.

No backup facility. Internet stops during power outage.

S.T. Link provides alliance broadband connection and SITI cable services. However, their services are nowhere near satisfactory!
