Last Friday, January 8 , the support team promised to deliver some requirements before orders for the same day, which had been commented on my part that they were necessary and important that they be delivered that day.The next day the team did not work, and I was fired for not fulfilling the delivery that you had promised me.Given the situation that the purchase of the system I needed did not meet the established requirements.I formally request a refund of the cash paid.
