Please inform the candidate to prepare their bca level programming and logics..like pattern design and sorting array type question ....bcoz you will not ask a single question from our core field...thats bad...i went their with lots of hope...you must inform candidate with provide some syllabus to prepare on it.then come for interview. all the 5 star given by the company person only who is not a developer the give 5 stars.
