Khidirpur Big Bazar, location is over the Diamond harbour road near ST Thomas school.Two Wheeler parking space is also good.ground floor is for women section and have wise variety of items with great stock. 1st floor for men section and also have good stock. Best thing is maximum of the items are in display so you have better eyesight for choosing items. 2nd floor having all food and food products.overall its a good place to visit and shopping.

Very bad security system...no front CCTV camera coverage. I had visited today and parked my bike infront of main entrance, my helmet was locked with helmet lock. Within 20 minutes l had completed shopping and came back. Then I see my helmet was missing. I spoke with security personnel but they said no front CCTV coverage.I request to you atleast keep one camera for main entrance coverage.

Today (09/07/2021) I have visited big bazar outlet located at Khidderpur Kolkata. I wanted to redeem my wallet balance and offer that I have received in my previous transactions. My wallet balance came with an expiry date on the same month. I informed the cashier named Sumit to provide me 1 kg sugar from each of my two future pay wallet and use the rest Rs. 200 wallet balance for the other products. However, instead of doing that he only redeemed the 1 Kg sugar offer and asked me to pay Rs. 213. When I told him that I asked him to redeem the rest Rs. 200 from my wallet he told me that I never told him that and I might that told it to myself. He misbehaved with me. When I asked for a manager he told me that yes go to the manager as if it hardly matters to him. This is how a customer is treated in Khidderpur big bazar. Then finally I end up paying for the sugar although it should have been included in the offer. Very pathetic employees of big bazar.

Food bazaar has less items to offer compared to other branches. But the home decor and cutlery sections are good.

Big bazaar is good market for khidepore people

The Big bazaar khiddepore is a new outlet of big bazaar but is relatively a big one and has 3 floors and have all the items from grocery to fashion wear to luxury items and is generally less crowded so you can easily peep into this big bazaar and avoid the hustle and rush from other outlets

Good shopping mall with good stock especially for girls. Located on the main road from Ekbalpur towards Khidderoore more. Recommended visit for shopping. Note that the only downside is that they do not have any parking facility.

Well Its A Great opportunity for khidderporians for us....now we dont have to go Spencers or new market Any more we can buy whatever we need by just walking a few steps...... not so crowded and there Is very Low Chances To dont get The stuff you are Looking for.....

The whole place is empty. All the shelves are empty. I wonder what is the utility or the purpose of running an empty store. Wont it be a better idea of just closing down the store. It will certainly save the consumer the trouble of visiting an empty store. Ponder over this suggestion.

Do not order online from this store. Firstly, THEY cancelled items on my order (for which I have already prepaid). Then, then do not even refund the money back for the item that THEY cancelled. I have lodged complaints via their app and also on twitter but nothing! No one picks up the call on the customer care number. There is no number of the khidirpur branch available online. They are just a bunch of SCAMMERS ROBBING PEOPLE IN BROAD DAYLIGHT!!!!!DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM BIG BAZAAR!!!!!!!!

It wasnt good at all .As a sell was held their till yesterday but the tags were hang still today.As, We took the thing by seeing the the discounted price and in the billing they told that the sell was still yesterday.This wasnt a good experience at all.Then at last they managed something and returned the remaining in cash by cutting the discounted price of that thing.
