This is a very old Bata Showroom in North Kolkata. Although not huge in terms of space, but you can find a wide range of collections for both shoes and accessories here. The good thing about this showroom is that, they keep stocks of all the shoe sizes. You can get the full size of most shoe models here, which is generally not available in all the Bata outlets. Apart from the products, the staffs here are very helpful. From Hush Puppies to North Star to Power, you can get most of the premium brands here. Recommended. 👍

I love this shoe store.Location wise great !All the guys are knowledgable and friendly. The brands and styles are fantastic. They carry a great selection of european shoes. The shoes all last a long time; the styles are not uber trendy so you can wear them for years; they explain how to care for the shoes; and they are able to give you great suggestions based on style as well as fit. A true gem.They also carry accessories - handbags and etc at great prices.

Shoes you like wont have your size if you have big feet like me.

They are cheating customers. Today I bought a pair of Mocassins shoes. I have specically told that I need number 7 shoes. They have given me number 6 shoes deliberately. When I asked them box number is 6 they have told inside shoe is of number 7 and again they rechecked and confirmed. Returning home I have seen they have given number 6. Salesman name is Arijit Karmakar. All staffs in this Bata are fraud. Need to take action against them

This shoe store has a great stock of variety of shoes. Although their prices are little bit high, but they are stylish and fashionable. The store is conveniently located at the junction of Baghbazar street and Bidhan Sarani.

This shop is located right at the crossing, with good options of footwear. The show room is not so big but the stock is good enough to go through and select the desired one. The staffs are helpful and curtius. Can count on to this showroom.

Reaching this Bata Outlet is very simple.If you are going from Dunlop side, tell the bus conductor, you will go to Bata.And the bus will stop right infront of it. And if you are coming from Sealdah side or any other side best option is to get down at Shyam Bazar Chowk and give a 2-3 mins walk towards tala bridge or Dunlop or Sinthee More.Collections are good at this outlet.

Bata is a reputed and quite old name in retail, especially within Bengal. They used to be the go to brand for everything shoes in the 80s. Now its just the brand marketing most of their leather products from outsourced manufacturers. Bata always used to overprice in my opinion.Having said all of that I am still a big fan of certain products like the mocassino, hush puppies, fancy flip flops etc. Still use them for formal wear.

Nice store. But BATA should improve their Haoaichappal and Bag. Bags are so weighty ultimately it is useless after buying. Haoaichappals are very hard.

I bought a shoe from BATA 124A BIDHAN SARANI KOLKATAWEST BENGAL(19) AND SERVED BY:PRASUN SIL on 25th of December 2018.Now the subject is at the time of buying the product I had asked that if I faced any issue while wearing the shoe can I exchanged it.So, at the time of delivery the serviced boy Prasun Sil told yes we will exchanged it.Now, after wearing the product I feel very uncomfortable and my heals cuts and got injured.So,today 29th of December 2018 I went to the same shop from where I bought the shoe to exchange it and asked for other product .But the store keeper behave badly and denied to exchange the product.So,kindly look into this matter properly.

Baghbazar Bata is a landmark to signify the crossing on B.T. Road next to the famous Shyambazar 5-point crossing. A Bata shoe shop is located here just at the corner of this crossing point, and so the bus stop next to it is named after it. It is a crowdy place and wires are placed so badly on footpath that people often trip over and gets hurt. So be careful while loitering in this location.
