The Bata have good collections of shows with reasonable prices

Good ambiance with Nice Customer service. Variety is available in all age groups. Very much Satisfied.

Location is very strategic, collection is decent but Staff behavior is absolutely pathetic...All the staff were busy with gossips and mobile phones instead of attending customers...They also seemed to have very negligible knowledge regarding availability of products in their showroom...

What a poor experience I have about BATA! Literally ridiculous. After 5 days of purchasing my shoe shole got detached.

Very poor customer service. Also, lack of stocks. There is a young guy who is a showroom attendant who is very much inefficient and always become more than obsessed when young female customers visit the place. Avoid this Bata showroom unless you are local and urgently need a show to buy. You will come back with extreme dissatisfaction.
