The prawns had no taste, must have been a refrigerated for long. It was such a shameful experience for us to provide such poor quality food to guests.

Next, I tried the blue lagoon and masala cold drinks from the mocktail counter.The salad counter featured various veg and non veg salads like corn salad, Russian salad, papaya salad and many more.These was also a like pasta counter. All the fresh ingredients and sauces were showcased in front of the counter, so that you can ask for whatever your heart desires.Coming to my favourite bit, the like kebab counter was surely the show-steller. Different kinds of juicy kebabs are tandoored and served instantly to the guests. I tried the gondhoraj chicken fry, golden fried prawns, chicken hariali kebab and fish kebab from this counter. There was also a nice selection of veg staters.Next we tried the momos. Both chicken and veg Momos were served along with a spicy chutney. You can also opt for soup along with the momos.Coming to the mains, there was a huge selection of items - assortment of breads, koraishutir kochuri, cholar dal, malai kofta, tawa veg, tawa fish, kadhai paneer, Gobi roast, fish fries, steamed rice, veg biriyani, Basanti polau, mutton korma, prawn malaikari, chicken Panjabi, chutney, papad.Although I could not try all the items, but the ones I tried were delicious and lipsmacking.For the desserts, we had baked mihidana, rosoggola, patishapta, ice cream.I especially loved the patishapta, the crepe was so soft and the stuffing was filled up to the brim.Finally we also tried the mishti pan at the end.Overall I was surely impressed with the food and decoration. Recently I had been at one of friends wedding near Topsia and the food there was, is something to be mentioned.This catering unit, Sweet N Sour catering Services arranged all the things regarding food and drinks. And I must say it was amazing.First thing to be mentioned is their cleanliness and hygiene. All the food items were sealed,even the plates were also sealed before the programme started.Then there was live mocktail counter, where besides their regular mocktails like virgin mojito,masala cold drinks, aampanna etc; customised drinks were also available.Now coming to food, they had a huge variety.In the starters, I first started with some mouth watering dahi vada, golgappas and papri chat. Then tried both veg and non-veg starters. While paneer shashlik, crispy chilli babycorn, veg gold coin, cheese corn ball were in veg starters; for non-vegetarians there were chicken gondhoraj, fish 69, golden fried prawn, chicken hariyali kebabs. Kebabs were soft and juicy, fish 69 was really amazing.Just besides the kebabs counter, there was a fruits counter serving fresh Indian and few exotic fruits like watermelon, apples, papaya etc.Then they had arranged an Italian counter having pasta,noodles, and different salads.Now main course, green peas kachuri, cholar dal, masala kulcha, kadai paneer, begun basanti, tawa tawanchi,spring roll, veg biryani, steamed rice, malai kofta, gobi roast, chutney, papad were in veg sections and in non-veg in addition to those items, they added prawn, chicken, mutton and fish dishes.Food tasted amazing, they were neither too oily nor too spicy. Chicken, prawn were well cooked.At the end in desserts, I tried little baked mihidana, a large rasagolla, two patisapta. All the sweets were good since they were from Balaram Mullick & Radharaman Mullick.There were so many items that tasting each even one spoon can make anyone full.But yes food quality, taste,behaviour of staff members, cleanliness and good service make them stand away from the crowd.So if you are finding any good catering services for any occasions, do give them a chance to make your occasions remember for a long time, since people only remember if the food and drinks can meet up to their expectations.
