Pathetic place. Despite having a good space inside they make the customers stand in a long queue outside on the staircase of the building with no ventilation. Recommending you to go to Jessore road service centre instead, which got a parking and an air conditioned seating area.

Mr. Sankalpa Deb is definitely the worst service provider there. My phone had passed just 2 days of warranty period when asked if anything can be compromised or the period can be extended he replied with a blunt and arrogant tone that i have yo pay 1500 anyways. Very poor service and Samsung does not offer any effort to make the customer happy

I bought samsung m30 more than one and half year ago.after 2 -3 month my lcd broken and I got replaced in this service centre by paying over 4000 rs. New lcd was not perfect and suddenly black out n come.But 2 days before these got blackout and did not come back. Now this service centre again charging for more than 4000 rs.Overall this guys does not know anything about service. They r only seller. No difference between normal seller shop and this service centre.I am not blaming samsung but service centre pathetic.Also they prefer who go there buy something and make u long wait. Its time for me to move on to different mob brand

Pathetic. Its a time consuming place, for a simple mic replacement on my phone they took almost two and half hours.If they continue to work on same pace time is not far when they may have to close the centre.

Visited your service center today as my display was not working. Submitted and came back home. Received a call sometime later that motherboard was not working they gave a fixed charge of Rs. 4800/- all inclusive which i agreed and asked them to fix it.After a while received another call saying the parts are not available. We will check and let you know soon as the charges was already communicated i have told them to fix it urgently.Received a call again saying the charges communicated was not for motherboard but for LCD Screen and he said the repaid charges will be close to 7000/-.They misguided and increased the charges once they knew it was urgent.Really disappointed with the overall service. We cannot expect this kind of service from SAMSUNG.

Worst experience in this service centre.i went there as my phones front camera was not working properly. But then they took minimum 14 days to repair it but they failed.they changed the camera module, mother board but both were total failure . After receiving the phone from service centre i faced many more problems like phone lag, touch issue , charging issue , fast battery draining.(and the camera is still the same .)Sent my phone on 4/6/2021 to the service centre for the 4th time .. its been 1 month im dealing with the problem and for all the time they came up with a total failure .. I am very disappointed about their pathetic service.

Quite helpful. They listened to my problem with attention and did the required test to find the problem. They may keep your device for sometime to understand the problem. I had battery draining on my buds Plus and they really replaced it. The replaced model works great. Prompt service and work even through the holidays. Photocopy of the receipt is required.

I dont think they deal professionally.....My phone was not charging and everything was OK...So they checked and told that it wud take 2 hrs and 1300 Rs. to repair to which I agreed to.....But later on I recd a call that mother board was damaged and I need to spend 7800 + 1300 Pathetic.....When I said I dont want to repair..they fixed it again but now the phone was not starting..But earlier it was and they had seen it....So this is CHEATING....BEWARE...writing a mail to samsung too... Infact please be careful when u visit and dont fall prey to a similar trap....Thank u

Pathetic service.. technical advisor dont know how to communicate and address customer concern. Even they ask for feedback and never accept negative review from customer. They dont want improvement only know how to irritate customer if they will not give good ratting.

One of the employee in this service centre namely Sukalpa Deb is behaving so roughly has thrown words in anddefametory tone and fixing liability upon the customer. Though my phone is in warranty period he says it will chargeable because it happened due to mishandling misshandling. My handset having charging problem and the guy Mr. Sukalpa says it was happeneddue to miss handling.???!!!!!!!????!!!!!!!!!

I gave my phone in working condition but when they returned the phone it was dead. They refused to help us and said it is not under their control. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the kind of service they are providing.

Very good behavior with customers.

Extremely long waiting hours on most of the days. Very noisy waiting area. Had to wait for 2.5 hrs on a Saturday morning just to deposit a Tablet with a battery issue. Repair work seems to have been done properly. Took 7 days to replace battery. Technicians are well behaved. Parts replaced are returned to customers.

Quick and helpful service, knowledgeable staff and good processes. Got my device repaired within days, with a proper service warranty. Staff follows safety protocols. Gets crowded in the afternoon, would recommend reaching early after 10 am opening.

The Staff were extremely helpful and cordial. The battery and the vibrator of my Samsung Galaxy A-70 mobile phone got replaced . The wait was long , but this was because there were already 16 persons before me in the list .

I am servicing a Samsung level u headset.This service centre behaving as best and gladefull.I am very satisfied with this service centre.because when I am went to Barrackpur service centre theyre all denied to replace the headset because I dont have headset box.But after that I am came to bidhan nagar service centre and replace my headset with out box.I am very satisfied .

Really helpful, cooperative and disciplined staff. I wont share my actual experience. Its big and complicated. But still the staff members were great. One strange thing for me was giving an identity proof. It is not necessary that I will carry any ID proof always. Luckily I had.

Its an awesome experience. Its quality of service is great with reasonable price.More importantly their style of greetings is too good. Its a proper Indian Culture to greet a customer by saying Namaskar by putting the hands together which seems not the fake or artificial in nature.

The customer service desk staff are polite, gives a patient hearing and are great at communicating. The backend tech staff are quick on the job and efficient. I would rate this branch better than the New Town one, where I had to go back and forth like a headless chicken about a yr back. I would have given a 5 star rating but the screen replacement did cost a bomb despite being on warranty. Nonetheless thank you.

A really bad, very bad experience I have faced tomorrow. They only intend to take 177/- anyhow from the customer, thats it. They dont bother about customer care, at the customer service desk there are people who are illiterate about product knowledge , ultimately they are not able to guide you to solve your issue, and finally they are very smart to channelize their fault on the customer to save them.Yesterday I went there with my Samsung Galaxy S7 which was broken by accident. At the entrance a lady told me that primarily it is showing that my Ph glass is broken, so it need to replace, but what about internal thing that can be told after thoroughly check up which will cost 177/-. I said yes to check up. But the ultimate thing has happened that time. A lady name some priyanka who received my Ph, said that it seems that my Ph display, oh braket both are broken, it need to replace,and the Ph seems to be bend over backwards . I asked her what about the motherboard? If it is damaged then no need Ph service and all, its better to buy a new phone. Then she informed me that only after thoroughly check up she can tell me that what to do and it will take 40-45 mins. I agree and waited at the lounge room for it. After 30-35 min they called me back and said that until and unless they change the display and bracket and the jack point they are able to tell me about motherboard, and for that I have 50% of the total cost and have to wait for 2 days then they can tell me whether my motherboard is working condition or not......... What the hell is that?????? When they collect my Ph with the assurance that after checking they will be able tell me whether motherboard is in working mode or not, they are not do so.... And they said its my fault that I misunderstood.... Wow.... How smart they are..... Right....So please avoid ultadhanga Samsung service center next for your Ph repair and anywhere else for solution.Very bad experience.
