The product line is of Godrej, and we tend to trust that, so not really writing of that. What makes a difference is the experience of buying. A lot of such places have sales reps who end up bullying or coercing one to buy unnecessary expensive things. However, it was a welcome change here. The sales rep Sangita helped me identify exactly what I needed, took time to go over options, helped choose the one that best suited my needs, all the while making sure that she wasn’t pushing me to buy more expensive stuff. I needed the delivery and installation completed in a week. She made sure that it was possible with the selected product and booked only when she had checked and confirmed with the inventory. From buying to delivery to installation, it was a smooth process; completed in 3-4 days. Kudos to Sangita and the rest of the team!

Staff cooperation is remarkable. Very conveniently located for the northerners especially, even for those living in the northern city outskirts or on the opposite shore of the Ganga.

A horrible and pathetic experience on purchasing a wardrobe from this Tobin Road Godrej Store. Sales person Sangita Das is so incapable, irresponsible and insensible to carry out a purchase order smoothly. Moreover there was no immediate steady communication from Sangita Das at any point of time, after delivering a wrong product initially, and thereafter delivering a damaged product.Sangita took more than 2 months to raise a complaint against the product.We are still yet to receive the product from Godrej and would like to cancel the order finally as we are literally tired and exhausted with this Saleswoman Sangita and the entire Customer care support of Godrej.

Really its a very gd Outlet nearby, I am very much happy with the collection as well as the sales person behaviour too. One of the sales representative over their name Aritra guide me pretty well for buying a Six seater Dining Table for my Family. Their after sales service will successfully ruin your quality time and make your days pathetic.Could not give them a -5 (negative) rating as google does not have that feature.I visited the store on Dec20 for a wardrobe requirement in end of Feb21. Prior billing they kept telling that the delivery will be made on Feb. But to my surprise at the end of December they started chasing me to receive the delivery by that following week. The sales girls of the store are hard to convince that in my property a renovation work is going and eary delivery is not acceptable.But who cares, they have already billed me and now the headache should be borne by customer. They insisted and asked to accept the delivery and place anywhere in the house and installation team will take care afterwards. As we were running short of space, we accepted the delivery and placed it on mezzanine floor. The installation was needed to place at 1st floor and at the time of installation the installation team refused to carry the material from mezzanine to 1st floor. When contacted the shop (Godrej Baranagar shop) they also refused to help us as they have already got the full payment and now they are busy fooling other customers.

Worst experience in Godrj Interio.I have bought a slider almirah from here on 23rd April 2021. But till today 16th June 2021 I am unable to use the product..it is laying as installed months back . Because at the time of delivery they have installed damaged door. After lodging a complaint they have replace the door but . When they sent service people today to install the door they found the replaced door is same damaged. This is really disaster. Atheist I will not recommend anybody to buy any product from Godrej. Really worst brand and its service. I will put -10 out of 10

Most non professional group.Not at all customer friendly. Harassing unnecessary by wrong packing of materials and not attending promptly.

When actual purchase will be done then i may evaluate them better .~~~~~~~~Actual purchase done, they keep their words . My steel colour Godrej Storewel M2 delivered within 72 hours of my full payment .As far i am concern i am quite pleased with those sales personnel, they are good..

A perfect brand to tag your wallet to keep spending life long. The products are super high priced. You have to keep spending during after sales. Products designed so uniquely that now you are bound to depend on their technicians only for any kind of service. The typical strategy of printer-cartridge model. You will become puppet in their hands.Just as an example a mere king sized bed costs around rs.45K. but just after 1year, lamination pasting kept loosen up. Now warranty is gone. And for paid fixing they quote rs.14000/-.Another example: for sliding Almirah to shift to other room(in the same apartment) they quote rs.1765/- X 2=rs. 3530/- for dismantling and reassembling. Out siders will not have those tools to handle godrej products.

Very poor service of Godrej Interio., Tobin Road., They dont know how to satisfied customer. Never touch with them in future.Again I am disappoint about the very poor service of Godrej Interio. After booking of 30 days we got materials but again one item is wrongly sent by you., not as per our order. I do not know how can you provide business to customer.

Modular kitchen is not in accordance with my requirement and what I had told the sales executive. Despite coming to my place and taking the measurements as told by me there are issues. Sales executive, Bijoy Das is very inefficient and unprofessional too. He might ask cash from you for adding an extra coat of paint on the cabinets to preclude damage from water. Never ever pay him a single buck without receipt. He is a fraud. And, the after-sales service is just so horrible. Never ever am I gonna make any further purchase from this horrible company who doesnt care to resolve issues after the delivery of the product.

Very poor customer service..bought a steel almirah recently..assured to deliver the item within Tuesday of a week (payment was made on friday)..but the item was delivered on next friday (3days delay from their commitment)...even the contact no which was provided during purchase not reachable during follow up....the technician was also very very bad..called by myself second time and threatening him after of which he did his job satisfactorily...

This is the worst Godrej Store in Kolkata...Their product Godrej Kreations has the worst customer service ever...They delivered the product worth Rs.67000 after 2 months of booking...and then also some major parts were missing...When I tried to complain ..their answer was we are not responsible for delivery and service...Godrej customer care is also dam slow in responding to any complaints..Never buy product from Godrej again
