I have bought car from this showroom. Executives are very well behaved and very cooperative. No complaints so far.

I purchased Tata Nexon from Leaxes, park street Branch. I dont have a good experience with them. I suffer a whole day Due to their irresponsibility. I have not received any value as a customer after complete payment compares to before payment. They provide me some complimentary gifts like a floor mat, car perfume. Trust me, I have never seen this kind of third-grade product in the market. Anyway, apart from this The car is awesome.

First of all I would like to thank Samit Debnath,a true professional and dedicated sales person.He guided me all through and arrange the delivery almost on time.One or two things which was seems unprofessional are 1)They cant show me the colour of the car even with samples,only mobile phone photo is certainly not enough for anybody to choose a car. I saw the colour of my car at the time of delivery.2)Showroom was not at all spacious where people can even intend to choose cars from.

I went to buy my first car and I have been very satisfied. The best exchange value and additional discount has been given to me which no other dealer even came close to. This is just fabulous. Delivery was made in the lockdown and got the number in just two days. Just beautiful. The Sales team is lousy and doesnt value the customers time. we were there to take delivery of our vehicle and delivery team is utterly confused and didnt even get out car to the showroom - we had to collect the car from the Yard and thats 25 km Away... God only know how Tata is tolerating such lousy sales team ... pathetic experience

I had booked a Tata Nexon through Lexus. The staff is very courteous and professional. Tata cars have come a long way. Only thing which needs improvement is the cleaning of the car while delivering it to the customers.

I worked with Samit Debnath and he was efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and gave me a worry free time for my first car buying experience. I bought a red Nexon. I was set on buying a red car and he made it possible, ordering it in and helped in having it sent to Purulia from Kolkata.

Nice place. Went for the test ride of Tata Nexon EV model. Staffs are very helpful. Must visit and try these energy efficient cars.

I visited their showroom a couple of days back and scheduled a test drive for Harrier on a Saturday afternoon, at my home, which is 8 Kms away. The test drive was scheduled at 12.15, and no one turned up. Eventually had to make a call around 3:30 and cancel it. The guy and person in charge, no one felt like informing even once. No apologies from from their end, no commitment values, absolutely dismal experience to say the least.

Salesperson doesnt want to speak much of features as if customer knows everything. Bad experience.

Amazing food with very little crowd which ensures excellent service. If you leave aside the brand value, this place to me is better than the mocambos and peter cats of the city!

The worst ever experience, bought a commercial car over a year back from passenger car dealer Sougata Mukherjee. First on the day of car delivery he had taken 20 thousand name of car permit and assured that will get by maximum 6 months, end of the period instead of giving the same he had asked another 10 thousand for the same as the process they had applied permit was illegal so have to bribe the officials to get the same. such an unethical person who cheated people like this under the name of great TATA group who donated their 65% profit to charity. guys please be aware of him.

Recently i took Tiago XZ the deal was good and my sales executive Mr.Somenath Das was done good job.

A sales person Rohit Mishra cheated Rs. 5000 in the name of Gatidhara and did not returned money.

The showroom is good but the people they should get proper customer service training or how to behave professionally...

Place was small. Peoples were there are not so attentive.

Lexus motor Kolkata is a very cheap place to buy car...the dealer directly didnt coordinate with the customer..they have cheap employee like Tarun dutta..I had booked tata nano genx on 28 the March 2017 and today 21st may 2017 they hadnot delivered the car...they had always lame excuses to delay the services
