Pathetic place to buy stuffs. Not even worth one star. They cheat customers by sending in house people to install your AC who are not at all trained. They charge extra and spoil ur electric appliance. I have had a very bad experience here and they are not at all customer friendly. I have given one star or else it will not allow me to post my comments.

Not even worth a star.Tbh the support staff there Kunal was helpful but the rest is a total fraud.They sold a defective laptop I received no warranty from the company now the store is refusing to help replace the product they are blaming Dell but as far I know the product received was not genuine checked by a dell official and when demanded help they are saying they cannot do anything.Get your Stuff from anywhere else but not here, you wolf br cheated on

The staff were really nice and helpful, they helped us understand the products and which one would be best suited for our needs. Its just the billing process was extremely lengthy that is why I have one star less.

I have purchased 3 item from this place ,1) LG microwave,2)prestige vaccum cleaner and 3)noise watchAt first I saw online they are giving microwave at discounted rate and a free microwave bowl set. The day i went to purchase they were selling me for the higher price compare to the original price plus discounted price but however I noticed after a while which i told dem and dey were little ashamed and said oh sorry mam we didnt notice...Plus the noise watch is not working properly..Plz be carefull when u buy things from here.I mean why you ppl giving fake ads on the website page to attract customers and now its been more dan 7months I didnt even get the free microwave bowls despite of calling dem so many times evry day dey have different stories.What I want to say dnt attract customers by giving fake ads to sell items.But the staffs behaviour is very good but i dnt know why dey are doing like this with the customers.Disspointed with this place....Though it was my first purchase from Reliance....

Located in park Street this is a huge showroom. It has a variety of electronics which are kept in different floors. The customer service representatives are extremely well behaved and courteous. The purchase process is smooth and doesnt take a lot of time. Parking is a challenge here

On the 8/02/2020 I have purchased a new launch LG G8X phone with an assured offer of LG TV to be delivered at my residents within 14 days. when I tried contacting the sales manager post 14 days, the covid 19 excuses became the core reason.Now I have lost my patience because I havent heard either from the staff or the management even after 7 months.Isnt it strange and funny for such a reputed company I always thought it was to be cheating and fooling customers this way. It was a hard earn money I spent on for an expensive phone. 🖕Reliance Digital and LG electronics on winning the worst customer experience.What can you ask more in 2020 given the circumstances and situations everything around?🖕🖕🖕I guarantee anyone visiting this store to have similar experience 😄

Scammed by the staff here into buying a phone that doesnt work abroad. Went back twice with doubts and was assured it would be fine. Phone didnt work, and when escalated to customer care, staff at the store lied saying they told me it wouldnt work (why would I buy something if I thought it wouldnt work?). Higher level staff eventually did more to help but the situation was never resolved due to covid-19.

The service on the store is very good. But the installation of the product very bad.The installation guy was selling a filter and insisted we buy it. Cost= 2600/.The guy did not give a proper demo. He just showed the buttons and the functions. He left in a hurry.Im extremely unhappy as I am still confused and am scared to touch the machine.

If you call and inquire abt something, they will be clueless, then it will take ages to connect with concern person, the concern person will lie and call you down to showroom and ultimately you wont find the particular brand product you are searching for and they will push you to buy other brand stuff. I bought a product which was not working after 15 days so they told me to go to Samsung Service Centre which I believe they only shouldve taken care as this product was not more than a month old. In what world does a store open at 11?? Defenitely wont be coming back here since they dont even have the courtesy to let someone in to stand near security also since you reached there 15 mins early. Not happy with the service at all. They refuse to even do a simple enquiry if the product is available or not and make the customer stand in the blazing sun. This place is just corner side of Park Street (Mother Teresa Sarani) and Free school street. This shop is in 1st Floor of Park Manson which itself a heritage building. You can buy all kinds of electric goods from here. Though the price is little bit high sometimes but you can get exclusive goods here. Their own products are only available in their stores. Only problem is that they dont deliver the goods at your home. After sales service is also good. Sales persons are quite knowledgeable. More or less value for money. This is really a 3.5 star. Good helpful sales service. Wide variety of high quality electronic & electrical products under one roof. The only downside maybe that its cramped for the number of products it displays. For some this may not be an issue but a person like me could easily get confused & exhausted while comparing, understanding & finally deciding on a particular item.

I purchased an ac (carrier) from reliance digital park street showroom despite commitment from the store people and manager the the ac will be delivered and install by 28/01/2020 it has been 5days still no delivery done at my home ac installer are calling and harassing me 10 time a day after multiple visit and call to showroom still no service being provide by reliance digitalThe store do not care for customer satisfaction and is only concern will making money third class service from a renowned retail brand will recommend anyone to not visit the store or purchased goods from them

Actually Im giving one star because there is no option for minus star.They only care about customer till u havent bought anything. After that they just dont care. They behave like goons.I bought boat soundbar. They assured me about installation. They didnt came for installation for 3 days. And than they said customer has to install wall mounted soundbar by themselves.So if u r going to buy anything from reliance digital Park Street branch than first BUY A DRILLING MACHINE AMD TRAIN YOURSELF FOR INSTALLATION PROCESS.They also assured me about for warranty they will take care about matter. Centrally located in one of the busiest area of Kolkata. The store has wide variety of items. Service is also good, went there to buy fitness watch and Google home. Was guided properly and able to purchase items within my budget. Parking might be an issue though. Not giving 5 stars as I had ask for certain options (Mi fitness watch) which they didnt tell me at first. Also had to google some features myself to get better understanding.
