Its a residential project in Sonarpur. About 1.5km from Kamalgazi more. Site plan is ok, but flats are not that much impressive. Windows are quite small, that makes the room dark. Balcony very narrow, people only can stand.

Good project at Sonarpur.I am in favour of construction of a small temple inside the project premises. I am not against other religion . As it is next to impossible to construct a mosque or a church in a project , so I am suggesting a temple may be a viable option. I place the demand for active consideration.Another matter i must raise here that the project is getting very much delayed .Already the project got delayed by one year. No correspondence so far have been received about final completion date.How long will have to wait?

The buildings/tower in this projectd which ate erecting on the basis of Mivan Construction that all are not upto marks.Flat designs and its windows sizes and heights are not standardize compare to regular concept. Its kitchen and others flats toilet are sharin4g same wall which is not suitable for vastu.However, its most important thing is that the person is sitting over there as a developers representative for selling the flat unit, his attitudes and behaviour so rude and non professionalism manners and even he doesnt have any basic knowledge of civil or buildings constructions.Thats why lots of people having site visited but finally run off.
