Very bad experince with this hotel price was much higher then excpeted & the room was very small & conjusted breakfast was complimentry but after checkinn they said that we dont provide brkfast as our kitchen opens at 12noon.....Very bad...

Good hotel for bangladeshi travellers. Specially muslims people this place is best for them. But other religious dont have any problem in here. In here all room have air condition, tv, mini bar and bath. They offer bufe breakfast if you comfirm when you booked this hotel. Also, you can order lunch and dinner by contact with room service.

It is a 3 star hotel and thats why it gets a three star. The room service is fine. However I believe the price is too high. The complementary breakfast is good. The location is somewhere in between good and bad. Its close to the new market but also close to slums. The rooms are ok. The staffs are good.

N.S. International Hotel is a nice place to stay near Kolkata New Market. The hotel is a bit costly comparison to its amenities and facilities provided. But overall its satisfactory. The staffs including managers are very very warming and friendly. They may serve you all the ways possible. Personally, I felt like I am staying my home with families.

Third class hotel. They have taken $40.18 for taking a courier because I used their address n made a booking for my colleague who couldn’t check in due to financial problem. I never found any hotel in this world who takes charge for courier in spite of several request n phone call. Their staff’ behavior is so bad n mannerless which I didn’t imagine. I stayed twice in this hotel but now I’m recommending folks not to stay here. I lost my money for the stuffs which values less than $40.00They r the cheater.

The hotel staff was very friendly except one person at the reception. He was not bad at all but has a few ego issues. Food was good and stay was comfortable. Very very angry at the fact that they r selling things at double the price declared in MRP. So as an active member of Consumer Rights Division, I shall complain against it and necessary actions will be taken very quick. Rest is fine.

Please check the Bill before giving money they manipulate the amount and the staff always ask for tip even if we have give tip to one then other also ask for tip even the person who cleans the room ask for money. Food is costly the will not tell you about the hidden charges but when you check out from hotel they will give you a bill of hidden charges. Please be aware if you are visiting.

I feel its a Very bad hotel comparing to price and service. I stayed only 16 hours here in 2016 March and escape to another hotel. They will not provide anything free including water (normally a bottle of mineral water free to all guests in hotels). And the bathroom closet is a damaged one and mention to reception immediate after check in. But they told me we shall manage it tomorrow. And in the room the bed sheets are not white sheets and its a dusty other material. My suite room 403 is a dark gloomy place and no powerful lights in it. They provide WIFI to only one device (the reception guy said the same when I check in. Its funny I dont want their WIFI. But he repeated you can login only one device) These are my personal experience at this hotel, and I was lived more than 5 hotels in the city.

I put no star for this hotel due to their reception sraff. Their worst behaviour Icant describe but one sentence i can tell you please avoid to check in this hotel for their three reception peoples. Anyone can cancel their booking but these peoples forces them to pay one day room rent.Their behaviour is too worse specially for foreign guest. Unfortunately i was one of their foreign guest. Their attitude can not be acceptable at all. Hotel owner must think to replace them immediately.

As I was shifted here without booking for it, I cannot say whether the charges are sufficient to excuse the lack of even basic hygeine. The bed sheets, blanket and pillowcase were all dirty and seemed to be unwashed. There was no bottled water available when I checked in at midnight. Further, even the kitchen did not appear to inspire any confidence and so I cannot say if the food is good. I would say dont stay here unless you are out of all options.
