A very bad experience with the travel agent. I booked for 5 days Innova rental in Gangtok and Darjeeling through its Tour Co-ordinator Mr. Amit Adhikary and paid Rs. 10,000 deposit. But they did not arrange well, the first day pick up from Bagdogra Airport the driver was delayed for 45 minutes, the second day should visit Tsomgo Lake. However they did not arrange anyone to apply Permit for us and changed the program, so I was forced to cancel the rest 3 days Innova rental.

A very bad experience with the travel agent. I had a telephonic talk with the CEO of the company about a trip to Sundarban and they agreed to take 4 adult persons for one night two days package @ Rs.4400/- per head from their Lenin Sarani Office to Back. Today after reaching their office, they told to pay another Rs. 6000/- for car. WBTDC they are charging Rs. 4400/- per head for 2 night days package from their head office to sundarbank and back. Its a very bad experience, to me to deal with this type of travel agent. So be cautious to deal with them.
