Idea of project is very good but location is litter inside which is main drawback of project in compare to prize we can get better on main road by giving little bit extra ..

This area has recently brought into the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. Dreamland City is about 2 Km away from Pailan Bazar. This is a Jain Group project. Expected completion period is December 2022.

Its been a long time, i am looking for a quaint location, a serene vicinity. Post retirement i wanted to live in a peaceful area far from the city clamour. And Dream world city is everything that i was looking for. And the project has some amazing amenities. I have already booked a corner side flat with wife open balcony and waiting to get it delivered.

Dream World City is a project which is apt for a perfect idea of living. I work in an renowned institution in Joka, and therefore was looking for a home nearby. Luckily, I found The Jain Groups project. There are other projects also in that area but are very costly. The price of Dream World City is unbelievable. It also has some real good amenities. I guess, will not regret investing in this group.

Dream World City is an impressive project.The rooms are quiet big and of adequate sizes.The Jain group has come up with really some unique and brilliant architectural concepts.The location is also good,as it is a balance between a happening urban life and a life enriched with natures bliss.
