I got an apartment there. The housing complex is now complete... finally. It has 5 wings, each G+4. Total around 120 apartments. They have a small park with slides etc., an AC community hall, and ample parking. 2-5mins walking distance from Birati big bazaar, Birati railway station, bus stop, Birati post office, 4 high schools (Birati vidyapith and Birati vidyalaya X for boys and for girls) , 2 banks (HDFC, PNB) and Birati market. Because its inside a 12 ft lane from the main road, you get access to all facilities yet no noise hunts you.
