I called them for site inspection at my ware house. I was surprised by their promt response. i got same day visit and quickly asked them to install the camera and the very next day they installed 12 camera at my ware house in dankuni and that too they have completed in single day.excellent way of their work and very neat and superb work thank you hikvision.

Part 1Even after calling and providing my contact details along with my address they failed to send an installation guide who just needed to do a simple task. The installation executive did not even have the courtesy to call and inform me that he wasnt able to do the job, I had to call him up and figure what was happening.Part 2The customer care service is even worse than a banks recovery team. This person from the customer care team calls me up at 10.48 pm on Nov 19, 2020 to go on rambling about fake reviews even without being aware of the situation. He asked me but before i could complete he started with his rampage in a shrewd and an arrogant voice.Part 3As I said this person is no t aware of the situation and yet is still going on rambling and doesnt have the slightest idea about what he is talking about. Kind sir it would be better if you get your facts straight from your team first and then ramble because if you arent aware then I too have the rights to write reviews on your companys page. Is this the kind of service you provide to your customer and i believe this is the way you deal with the issues your customers have by harrasing them at this hour and blaming them for not providing the service required.Part 4:Now the customer care service is accusing me wrongly, instead of inquiring from their own team members they want to seek me out for information which I have clearly given to the installation executive and to the customer service executive lady who spoke to me over the phone after which i got a confirmation for installation. Please ask your team to inform you about the situation before you wrongly accuse people as there is proof of verification and I would gladly present them to you as you are saying Im providing fake reviews right. For your kind information i am a certified google reviewer.

Really doesnt have a clue about after-sales service. Theyre extremely rude and arrogant. HIKVISION needs to tutor them about how to deal with clients even if the product has not been purchased from them. It still is a HIKVISION product.Theyre extremely unprofessional and happily forget about scheduled appointments. Instead of helping out they try to threaten people.

To be very honest they are best.I required 33 IP camera to be installed at our nivedata bridge (from toll plaza to Dunlop ) which was really complicated and gave tender to many companies. None of the company had agreed to install camera as because our requirement was a little complicated that we want all the camera to be run through Powerbeam . After a while this is only the company who did the work very neatly and in a fantastic way. I really appreciate their team who manage to fulfill our requirements though it was quite tough but after completion of work they had also explained the whole work so smoothly .Thank you very much for this fantastic installation at our toll plaza building..Highly recommended to all the people of india whosoever want to get camera installation please get the work done by them ..I can bet you that you will be satisfied ...Again thank you.
