It was the first time with him and had very good experience. Starting from booking flights to hotels everything went quite well. Hotels provided, few were very good in standard, few stood decent. We have been to a 10-day tour in Andaman, starting from itinerary to behaviour of the driver, we didnt face any issue during the trip. Overall, will contact him again as value for money tour it was along with good experience.

We had gone for Travotic Holidays only on good faith and some reviews. They had come up with best services and kept the commitments whatever they had promised. All arrangement like Home Stay , Car everything was perfect but little bit improvement required in food selection.

We had booked a trip to Andaman in the month of March, 2020 with Denzong which got stuck due to Covid pandemic. Denzong sent an email in April stating they were temporarily closed but never ever bothered to communicate further. Desperately I contacted Mr Avijit Mazumder, who displayed thorough professionalism and assured to take up the issue from the point we had left it last year. He communicated with Denzong and got our air tickets rebooked from Indogo credit shell. He arranged a fresh tour for us and WOW what a great trip it was. Everything was perfect and every detail were taken care of by Travotic and their counterparts at Andaman. Full credit and thanks to them for gifting us a memorable vacation.But there is an unfortunate episode linked with this trip thanks to the unprofessionalism from the part of Denzong. May be due to jealousy, they deducted about Rs 11,000 and returned only about Rs 8,000 from the advance of Rs19,000 we had paid to Denzong last year. It is surprising how they could deduct a penalty @15% on the entire land trip cost and that too from the amount we had never paid them. Mr Avijijit, of course didnt pass on the burn to us as he entirely bore the deficit. We undertook the package at our predetermined price.Denzong lost a group of loyal customers while Travitic gained them.Thorough professionalism. Very highly recommended.

Nowdays review means a lot. I recently went to Kerala with Travotic. I would say it was a awesome experience to be there in association with Travotic. It was previously booked through Denzong. The trip got stuck due to Pandemic. After that also due to its rude behaviour and false commitments I chose to talk with Travotic(Mr. Abhijit Mukherjee). They have split and also when I called one of the directors they just playing passing game by providing numbers. I should thank Mr. Abhijit Mukherjee to save my hard earned money from cheater like Denzong. I should request all to go through Travotic as this is the core team of Denzong and they have started a fresh and we should support this youngstars. My package was of 1 Lakh. But after talking with Mr. Abhijit I never felt any insecurity in my mind. It was a wonderful arrangement made. My daughter got hill sickness and I had to cancel Periyar. I was surprised that Mr. Avijit again took initiative and after talking to the hotel adjusted the money also. He had helped me in many ways from flight seat allcocation to boarding pass etc. Apart from the support system they have done wonderful arrangements with the beautiful Hotels. This guy has become my friend and I shall choose Travotic in my future trips also. Thank you Travotic and thanks Abhi! Wish all the crew members a good future ahead!
