Never picks the phone, they dont care the importance. They are really not professionals, ups should think for their unprofessional employees of Kolkata.

May be well known or better but in India service is inferior to DHL, Blue Dart . ARAMEX is much better regarding international services.

I have send some gift like a baby embroidery, so already there 06/16/2020, to 07/02/2020, why they delayed my packaged , and now they Said that there is no proper adress. ,but I already mention the adress, and u guys u have the number about the receiver, why don’t u call them, and find the number ,

Their delivery service is horrible. They just have one branch in Kolkata, unlike Fedex which has multiple branches. This place is hard to find and they take long time to deliver the shipment.

Extremely Pathetic service coupled with steep prices is their USP.In addition to that, they cheat their customers who take their help in importing goods. I have had purchased course books from North America and UPS imported it in India as research book attaching higher slabs of tax, than normal books.Overall, a very disappointing experience.

UPS in India... They are so stuckup

I am.from the States, traveling is always complicated now days. I need to send a few things ahead, to avoid excess baggage fees. After a conversation with Kolkata UPS Post...I was directed to call a toll free number....where I found them extremely unhelpful. Literally discouraging me to use their service! Never again! I am paying the 30K rupees instead.
