Was a little doubtful after reading some reviews here. However, I have had a good experience with them so far. Recently had talks with them about Fantasia. The agents have been very well behaved and professional. Recommended.

Good location in Barasat. Near DPS & beside Kalyani Public School. The project seems great in concept and design. Price is reasonable too. Construction in progress. Excited about it. Cant wait to see when its ready.

This project of magnolia builders is like a fairy tale the project is still in under construction but when it will be started it will become one of a kind project in roads of NH30 barasat

Beside Kalyani Public School, Barasat, Moynagudi. In Panchayet area. A lake beside the site. Magnolia is a reputed brand in real state. Reasonable price. Delhi Public School is just beside it. Work going on full swing. Interesting to watch the progress as another famed real state company Shrachi has a project just opposite of the lake.

Location is good and may be the best in future, Just beside NH34 and 4 lane highway gives the best connectivity. But only Drawback is you will not be eligible for PMAY benifits as it is falling under Khilkapur Gram Panchayat. What ever the developer may say to you. You will not get that...the loan will be approved under House Loan Rural. Developer may quote example of Magnolia Nakshatra, but that project is approved by Barasat Municipality. This project is under Barasat but the plan approved from Khilkapur Gram Panchayat. SO YOU WILL NOT GET PMAY BENIFITS...other than that this will be one of the good looking projects. if you are looking for PMAY benifits , then you can avoid else you go ahead it is very good located property...

Have u ever seen a flat with 1.5 feet window opening n a balcony with 5 feet narrow view . Poor plan with good location.suffocation is obvious.
