This ITI college have a very good infrastructure. Although I dont know their quality of teaching. The college is near the road area. So, one can go to the college easily.

As yesterday is my UPSC exam (Engineering services) .During second paper I asked my room incharge to please arrange boiled water for me because I am not feeling well at that time urgend need of boiled water. Room incharge like abh kuch ni ho skta hai joh apne seat pe baitho.I am requesting upsc bcz arrange this basic meed at least bcz its indirectly effect our performance

My wbcs preliminary exam centre was there. As usual government institution. Average experience. Seats are not that much comfortable.

I was went there only for my brother exam (Upsc - Nda) in 21/4/2019, over all good experience. but college stuff behavior ware not good . Otherwise good , i seen some students were came form north bengal for exam as well . So they had an extraordinary experience overe here , Im from South 24 PGS ( Sundarban) .... Thanks .

They organized well environment for exam. Most importantly they managed a place to put bags of the candidates, many of the institutes does not offer this type of facility. I was there for my WBCS Preliminary and my experience is better than other exam center.

Government Industrial Training Institute, Gariahat, (also known as ITI Gariahat), is one of the oldest government vocational training institute located in Gariahat Road, Kolkata, West Bengal. This ITI offers different training courses on Draughtsman Civil, Draughtsman Mechanical, Surveyor, Instruments Mechanic, Electronic Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Cutting & Sweing, Plumber, Electrician, Fitter, Mechinist, Turner, Welder, Wireman.

10 minutes walking distance from Gariahat more, just opposite to Gariahat tramdepot. Very prompt location on main road. But the staffs are not helpful, arrogant and dont have proper information about the institute. Though the building is voluminous and well maintained from outside but inside area is glommy and dirty. Chair, tables are not proper, broken somewhere. Overall not a good experience. Only positive is the location.

I want there for WBCS exam. The setting arrengement are too poor. They are nor provide chairs to the candidate for examination. We have to set on tool. Its too bad. Even washrooms are very dirty.

This place is good...there is no ladies washroom in ground & 1st, 2nd floor.

One of the main ITIs in Kolkata. 2nd best after Tollygunge ITI. Ambience is good. The teaching as well as non teaching staffs are well behaved. Courses like fitter, electrician, turner, welder are available here but computer operator, fashion designing etc are not available. Classes are held mostly from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday closed.

It is one of the best and reknowned GARIAHAT GOVT ITI college in west bengal, i passed out from there in the year of 2016,the teacher are very helpful,my instructer is very efficient, but now he is transferred to purulia govt iti college,now the college is much improved when i passed out, it is situated at 10 & 10/1, gariahat road, kolkata 700009,west bengal. You can come here from bullygunge railway station or from sealdah bus no- 234,240 you can reach this place.
