This app is very good and helpfull. If you miss a school test then it is re-uploaded again so that we dont miss it. It has many videos that are very helpful to understand concepts.If we ever have a problem then we can call to the helpline number.

It has proved to be an excellent support system for both my kids and for me too! The Ask a Doubt service is excellent and very prompt. The lectures can be taken at ones own pace and are graded from simple to difficult. A must try!

Very bad . If I mail them they dosent respond . You have to call them and talk and after that they will tell and many more ...(bad things)

Worst e-learning solution.Dont buy this, first they tell you thats its free but after demo they tell you it is chargeable.they claim that they are giving their service to one million student but they are lying. Even they dont have more than 1000 student registered.Even they dont deserve one star rating on their product, their service and their behavior.But their is no option to below one star in this rating meter.Deltastep is Worst, cheap and very boring e-learning solution product which they provide.

The content and and the depth of explanations are very good. I recommend every child to use this platform.

I have subscribed 1 year pack for my son but within 3 months, the account becomes inaccessible for no reason.3.10.18.Further to my earlier complaint:I have been trying to get the content for Preposition for practice for last atleast 15 days and unable to get the same saying there are no questions at present, please see after few days! Everytime I log any complaint, it is told that your technical team is working on it ! Dont know how long time is required to upload a content, if you have so. Since this is not a free service, rather a paid service, this proves the immaturity and unpreparedness of your customer service. I would like to justify my investment as I have offers from number of your competitors in the market. Disgusting customer experience.
