One urgent speed post letter was despatched to me from Kolkata GPO on28.04.2020 vide EW589919776IN and received at Circus Avenue on11.05.2020 but it is still not delivered to me till 27.05.2020.What should I do

Slow but steady, need to take time-out to get work done here(2-3 days usually) If you get your work done on same day, consider yourself very lucky. Then again, for those not used to getting work done in Government Offices its an experience one should at least go through once in a lifetime.

Very bad service. Behaviour is very bad. They behave like they are doing pity on us. Government officials should think how they should behave.

Be prepared to stand in queue because its usually crowded and the number of working counters is less. The staff are relatively slow and it is a bit disorganised. But, you have to go there if you want to post your letters and parcels and dont want to pay extra to private courier companies.

The clerk at the counters are decently polite but the older person working there are a bit unfriendly and some time rude

Circus avenue post office is a big post office but management is so poor that it seems to be like it is in village.Very slow staff, most of the windows are empty. Always long que and very very bad behaviour of the staff.I ask authority to improve the services to avoid any unwanted problem created by customers.

Instead of post office one should convert into a rest room. Most lethargic staff as if drugged. Very unconcerned with peoples problem. Shame. Run by s bunch of parasites.
