It is very sad to say that the service of this post office is very very bad. All the staff I believe got selected paying bribe. They just come to work to spend their pleasure hours. Class viii passout students are far better than these wombs. When bad luck knock the door then we had to visited this place else what to say.

Pathetic service from staff who is working over here, no one is serious about there work and I have done one money order to some address and there post man didnt went there neither they research for it whos the person and when I talk to that man he said we went there but is he not there we have also intimate him but the person hasnt come it mean they have refuse but they are not writing and saying that they have refusy its simply mean they have refuse and the post office incharge and the manager as well say the same thing what is this .

Experienced the worst staff behaviour ever .

Facing real difficulty in lockdown. I have got my atm in 2017, which was not chip enabled and it stopped functioning from March 2020 onwards since the lockdown, visited the branch quite a many times but it was closed whenever I am contacting them sometimes they are receiving the call and disconnecting without having a word. I need to to withdraw my money immediately since past two months I am not being able to withdraw my money. Please do help. If the bank can work everyday without fail till 2pm so why cant post office. Need an answer from the Central Government.

Prompt delivery of letters and the postmen here are quite co-operative.

Very sad to see that the people here are not at all helpful.....I had to spend 3 hours just to link my phone number with adhaar card....the officer arrives at 11.45 and then ask me to wait for more than 1:30... people continuously misguided us.... and also the behaviour of the people was very rude...... neglecting people like any thing....this kind of service is not accepted..... and for sure I will never like to come to this place in future again......

Very bad service this is the 3rd time m facing problem.1 - they have not yet delivered my Adhar card which they have recvd in 20132 - they delivered my book to other after following for 1 month contentiously I got my book.3 - I ordered my reprint adhar card and again they delivered it to the other person and not by me.Really poor service.PO Phone no. went out of service.

Baakwaas post of earth all Indian post office are good for nothing. Not at all timely delivery or tracking system which is updated or on time data. DONT BE TRAPPED WITH THE GOVT INDIAN POST THEY ARE FAKE AND SCAM YOUR PARCEL WILL NOT BE DELIVER ON TIME AT ALL.AVOID IIT PLZZZZ.please do post by private FedEx, ddtc, blue dart etc...... Very old post office...but the service is not up to the mark...the behavior of the staff is not good...

Here 7 is for Weast Bengal00 is for Kolkata District014 is for Entally.Thereby it facilitates post offices to locate a place, an area,and finally a person resulting quick delivery or quick service.Post Offices in India are doing great work for the people . Still in todays world Post Offices in rural India is the only way for communication.Post offices are also performing the role of Bank in rural India by accepting money for savings in different govt schemes and also disbursing cash for day to day use.In short,you cant survive without post offices,be in rural areas or in urban.
