Went there for passport verification and the people are very helpful and good.

On 11th March 2018 Eve 8:45 the officer there who was on patrol misbehaved stateting the old closed terminal is a restricted place no one should sit there and when I addressed him as sir he just abused me. He was aggressive and threaten me if I dont live the place then he will put some petty cases on me! I am a educated guy so some good advice for this guys, put a public sign Restricted area so that you dont have to keep informing about the same!!!! And please Learn some soft skills ( behavior) as you need to have an idea how to talk to people. Stop treating every one as CRIMINALS!!!!!!!!Jai hind

Staffs and officers are friendly and helpful. Location is bit difficult to find. It is within the airport premises. If you are coming from Barasat. after entering within airport by 2.5 no. gate, take immediate left to reach here. If you go by mann airport entrance it is bit difficult to find as there is not signs.

Nice police station and their service is very helpful to keep the area peaceful and lawful.

Failed in maintenance of traffic movementWorst experience at office time..They are unable to control normal traffic movements..Sometime we have to spend 2 hr for crossing 1 km of airport area...
