They have good products and varieties but their customer service is very bad. The lady on the front desk is rude and they refused payment through card initially, then accepted but with extra charges which they refused to explain the reason for. I had to pay the extra amount through cash. Ive never experienced such shady transactions in such a big shop

I had a very bad experience at Sen Traders today. I had gone there to look at Hindware kitchen chimneys. The receptionist behaved very rudely on entering. She was looking at her phone and seemed extremely annoyed to be interrupted. On asking, she pointed me towards the chimney section extremely reluctantly as if she was doing a great favour. Then, there were only two models on display, both grimy, from old stock and covered with layers of dust. The salesman was rude and bored, he said there were no other models and no catalogue available. Then he said, If you want to buy, buy from these two or not at all.. I left, thoroughly disappointed.

Sanitary and hardware store right on Jessore Road near Dakbunglow Mor Barasat. Huge variety of bathroom fittings. Dont expect much discounts on MRP. They dont except card payments for purchase of less than Rs 2000. Even demand extra charges for payments The oof cards. But right place to visit if you are looking for high quality branded bathroom fittings.
