For renovation of my house, I needed the entire set of Kitchen, Bathroom and floor tiles for my 900 Sq. feet house. I went to an authorized dealership named B.B.P. Home solution. Sadly, at this dealership I had one of the worst experience of shopping one can have. I went there on 13.03.17 and bought tile worth ~ Rs.90,000. The tiles got delivered on the same day.However, when I opened the boxes, to my utter surprise, a number of boxes had broken tiles (broken at the edges). I called the shop up and later went there personally to ask them to replace the damaged boxes. They however told me blatantly that it is none of their problem. I let it go since it were only a few boxes and later ordered a few more boxes. And again they turned out to be broken and again they blatantly told me it is none of their problem. I decided, not to buy Johnson tiles again and in particular, not to go to this dealership again. But later, I had to cross these unprofessional guys’ paths again when I discovered that two of the floor tiles I received were of a different model and not the ones I had ordered. I called them up and told them to replace the two boxes, to which their attitude was extremely unprofessional and lackluster. They paid no attention towards rectifying this mistake of theirs since it didn’t lead to any new business for them. After multiple follow ups they finally sent the replaced tiles. And guess what? These tiles were broken too. Finally, my father had to personally go to the shop and get the replaced tiles himself.I moved on and carried on with my house renovation work. Once, I needed some bathroom fittings and went to a nearby Jaguar dealership which happened to be a tiles dealership as well. By chance, I narrated my experience at the B.B.P. home solution to them. They happened to quickly recognize B.B.P. Home solution and told me that this shop is in fact notorious for cheating customers. I then realized what a mistake it was on my part to go to B.B.P. Home solution.I wonder, how Johnson being such a reputable brand gives dealership to such people who cheat their customers. What are Johnson’s checks and balances before giving dealership/franchisee contracts? This experience has completely distanced me from Johnson and I would spread the word among my friends and family as well so that other people don’t get cheated by such dealerships.

Yeah this shop is totally a cheat ...I too myself faced a problem related to cracked and broken tiles but they blatantly told me that its not their responsibility and they cannot change tiles upto 17 broken tiles! Can you imagine this type of cheats?? Similarity another cheat shop is in culture more. Paul home solutions and sanitation this shop is also a cheat and equally notorious for this things.
