Purchased bathroom fittings worth about rs.60000/ consisting of about 60 items on 6/6/2018. One packet of kajaria wall tile could not be used and was requested to be exchanged for other items on 21/6/2018 but was refused. One commode seat cover was ound cracked at the bottom and was requested for replacement. Wastold that each item should have been checked before accepting delivery and hence the defective item was not replaced.
