Extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, callous team. ​Some team members are okay (only a handful are there) to be honest, but the owners are pathetic to say the least.Too much of chasing and follow up required. Even our photographs were lost - their name has memories, and they casually lost some of our photographs which were supposed to be our good memories to cherish later (no refund later - they made sure all payment was done before they left after reception). We had booked the costliest package they had to offer and almost none of the promises were kept. They randomly change their photographers and you have to keep waiting - we did that on our wedding day! They have very few photographers in their core team and temporarily hire some from here and there, even going to the extent of sending a first time photographer as part of the elite (costliest) package! Some good moments werent even captured on video as their videographer was busy sleeping (at 5PM in the evening) and chose not to respond to our wake up requests - and later the team justified that may be he was tired... I mean, wow!I am writing this review almost a year later of their pathetic service and am not surprised to see so many negative reviews that have come up in between. It seems there has been no improvement in their quality of service. Strange and shameful, to say the least! Even some of the Canvera folks are fed up with these guys. We ourselves followed up, collaborated and got our album delivered by Canvera - that too in December 2020, and we got married in January 2020. Not sure if we would have relied on them, may be in 2021 also we might not have got the album! God bless these guys!

The owner is not at all professional, neither he / she is receiving call nor a call back. As if they are too professional tried them to call 20 times but not a single call came up. I am glad that its a good luck I didnt hire them. Such a unprofessional guys.

Let me share my Pathetic experience with Memories and Moments. We hired M&M for our Wedding, Reception and Pre-wedding photography and we had the most miserable experience. M&Ms attitude, way of dealing with customers and their promises and operations is abominable.On the day of our pre wedding photoshoot my would we wife and my would be mother in law waited for almost an hour at 6 in the morning at Topsia to pick up one of the photographers, all decked up. They dont even have the slightest decency to convey their plans and changed everything at the last moment including the photographer so we had to wait, give lift to the photographer till the pick up point. This was our first 3rd grade experience.Moving on, M&M charges separately for its photographers to travel to your location (for wedding , reception) , the photographers will come up to you in the middle of the wedding/reception and ask you for money for their to and fro travel or you have to make them travel arrangements and I have experienced they ask any arbitrary amount.IMAGINE 3 people asking for money in that situation or you are booking ola/uber in the middle of your wedding or reception/just post wedding.So please be aware of that.They pester you to pay the remaining amount on the night of the reception and after that they will never give you what is mentioned in the contract. They will take the share of payment at the correct time but will make you life hell after that. To get the contract they will make all sorts of false promises and primarily take the money.At the time of delivery they will squeeze every little drop of patience out of you.We literally chased them for the album , video and teaser and the owner didnt bother to pick up the fone and till date he does not pick up.We had a nightmare for the last 1 and a half year.I write this with disgust and utter hatred because of the 3rd grade experience we had and today after 1.5 years we received our album and it took them almost 1 year to give the edited photos, video and teaser (which was btw promised to be delivered within 45-60 days). The whole excitement has faded away.Yes, one mistake from my end I forgot to gave them a pendrive at the reception night and gave it a week later. I had to suffer to this extent for this.I would earnestly request everyone to go through my post and carefully make a choice of photographer for your special day.Even if you have no option but to hire M&M , I would suggest you ask any of your relatives to take photos/ videos of your entire wedding as that would be far far miles better.

Hi team...i have been chasing for the edited pics and videos for over 6 months now which was part of the contract sent over mail from your side ...we submitted the pics last year January but till date have not received the 2nd lot of edited pics or videos from your side...every time I am assured of a false delivery date by your team members which keeps on postponing...now you guys dont even receive calls...is this the kind of professionalism with which you work ? ..if i would have known this earlier...would definitely not have availed your services...please note if we do not receive the same by tomorrow i will be forced to refer the matter to the consumer forum with all relevant proofs from my side.

I wish there was a No star policy.. Never ever book Memories and momemt.. such unprofessional and pathetic service they have. And trust me you will save money and time by this.. take my advice. It has been more than 1 year since my wedding but not yet received any album or video.. you literally have to beg for your albums and photos even after you pay a hefty amount of money.They just show off when you get married in a 5 star hotel, otherwise you are nothing to them.. and the photos of Raj & Subashree that they show off are not the official ones.. they just took some pictures while they were on some other duties..i am still begging them to give me my final products.. don’t know when will I get them.. they just know how to take your money and not give you anything in return. So save yourself from the harassment. It is your hard earned money.

Have never seen anyone as unprofessional as them..dont go with their popularity..their work is good but ethics is zero..its been almost 16 months of my daughters marriage and they still havent given the videography..they lie a lot on phone time and again(zero ethics) they gave photographs after a year of maariage too

Memories and Moment is amazing. I chose the photographer I loved based on readily-available portfolios, and I wasnt disappointed. The photographers showed up and were pleasant, friendly, fun, warm, helpful, and like one of the family. I definitely recommend going with M&M! The email and call correspondence is also incredibly prompt and friendly. Do not hesitate to chose a photographer from this wonderful team!

Very very unprofessional. We gave them the contract for photography for one of my relatives. The wedding was on 4th of February, 2020. Today its March,2021 and we still havent received hard copies of album or the wedding videos from them. Even to get the soft copies of photos we had to constantly call them and nudge them. They are simply the worst. They are surviving just because of a fancy fb page and because they have covered a celebrity wedding. Please dont get fooled by their talks. Their manager Arnab is the worst. Will have to lodge a police complaint against them very soon for fraud. After some time they will not even return your calls and always give excuses. If you dont want to ruin your wedding please dont give them any photography contract.

Awsome photography concept. Everyone who works here will interact with you like your own family member. My friends are also satisfied for their Wedding photography. While watching those videos and photos I feel like they are just recreating those moments.

They are utterly unprofessional in all aspects,be it the way they take the whole payment before handing over the raw photos or the way the harrass their clients for delivering the edited photos or videos.In my case it has been over an year and half that I ve not yet received even the edited photos let alone the printed album or video trailer or post wedding which never happened as they were too busy to accommodate you in their schedule.To put it very mildly Half of the photographers are inexperienced.Dont waste your hard earned money & your precious time on this so called Photography Team.

Extremely poor service...Even after booking elite package they send people with less than 2 months photography experience.On top of that, it took more than a year to share the deliverables.Being a Bengali myself, i wanted to give the project to only a Bengali group as I believed they will do a good job because they will have best understanding of a Bengali wedding. Instead, they are a group of photographers who will have to be called multiple times for every moment and you will end up losing a lot of candid memories of your biggest event,Their owner Neel is an ultimately ill mannered unprofessional person who doesnt understand the meaning of customer service. After you have paid, Neel and entire core team will become unaccessible to you.Select anyone else other than them.

Extremely bad experience with them.I got married 13 th March 2020.As per their contract they will deliver edited picture, canvera album, cinematography within 45-60days after full payment on last working day.Full payment was made on reception day(last day) but I didnt receive edited picture,canvera album, videography even after 6months of my marriage.I contacted them several times regarding delivery of edited images ,canvera album, videography but didnt get any positive response after that....very much disappointed with their attitude after full payment.not recommend any one to book them for your special day.

Marriage is the most precious memory of my lifetime and memories made worth every bit of it.They have an expert artist photography team, who actually go through every single detail of each and every capture.They literally lived our story to portray it at its best.One more thing which i want to highlight that, i found some people are saying that they havent received their album on time but in my case, I kept them waiting for long 2years for my photo selections and post shoots due to some of my personal issues and they literally waited for my convenience and delivered me the best captures which was really beyond my expectations.The best part which I really liked about them is they dont do it as a business ,they even look after the clients situations and requirements as well and come up with the best work that one can ever expect

He took my money and didnt refund back.Very Bad experience. Photo quality is not good. They use canon 5d but doesnt Kno how to use it. They dont know basic concept of photography.The owner(Neel) himself take contract and show you very good snap as portfolio and the event time he sent other person.This photography group cheated other too. I have evidence.***** I will not recommend other friends *****After his pre-wedding performance I reject them and ask for refund. I paid 10k and asked for 5k but they didnt returned.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Wanted them to shoot my marriage but was very disappointed in the first meeting itself.. Coincidentally my parents were with me when I went to meet Neel in his house, but he told that He can not ENTERTAIN them. He was asking me to keep them waiting outside the house while we discuss.. And I think this is what PROFESSIONALISM is to Neel.Hopefully this is not the way he treats his parents..

I booked them for my D-Day almost one year 2 months back... I was very excited bcz i always wanted Memories and Moments to cover my special day... So it started from my pre wedding shoot... I am photo freak but trust me on this I was tired posing....I almost reruested them to pack up... But they were like no until and unless we get a proper shot we will not pack up... When I received the pictures i was literally spell bound to see those pics... I couldnt than Pritam enough for those pics bcz this boy nailed it... I requested neel to send him on my wedding day and yes it happened.. he was the lead photographer for my wedding and reception... Trust me on this the photos which I have seen just the raw version are fantastic... And I would specially like to thanks Pritam bcz he is such a hard working person and he literally made my jaws pain... He is indeed a sweetheart.... Memories and moments you guys simply rock... And the team is ectrextre good and cooperative....
