Extremely unprofessional behavior. Inattentive people. They may receive the call but cant assist the customer properly. But yes, some of the unusual rare medicines are found there but they are not aware of this at all, thus they cant assist the customers.

Most of the Medicines prescribed by the Doctors are not available. Frank Ross pushes its own branded medicines having similar(generic) chemical constituents.Also, the Location marked in the Map is completely off track from the original spot. Have updated the right address for proper location marking!

On calling the mobile number provided, doesnt receive. Unable to contact. They should have provision to receive call and resolve our queries

The shop is on one side of the main road. So accessibility is not a problem. But the area inside the shop is not much as they have storage problems

A good medical store with a decent discount rate but many a times you wont find the medicines that you want and they have their own brand of medicines.

Stock moderate but always understuffed and very slow transaction. But they gv good discount if u hv a card n even on kitchen products like oil.
