I looked out for a veterinarian in Google and almost all clinics or pet shops were filled with reviews of them being money oriented and I cant agree more because I have been looted alot of times when I reached out to help the community babies in my area, I have even came across people (not even doctor) charging 600-800Rs just for weighing, checking temperature and diagnosis but right now I am short of money. I called around 12-15 clinics and shops to enquire about the visit charges of doctors and I requested all of them if they can reduce their charges a bit for this stray baby as I am short of money but they denied, they clearly said no we cant. I was so disheartened until I came across Pets Nations contact. I called and the person on the other end had an exemplary behaviour, when I asked about the charges and requested him the same, his response was I will speak to the doctor and let you know, but you must bring in the baby because we value the life more than the money, It was such a relief in that moment of distress. Meanwhile I even spoke to the doctor himself, Dr. Kallol Kumar Sengupta who listened to me patiently over the call and told me not to worry about money and bring in meow as life comes first to them, he even guided me very well on how to bring in Meow without getting myself hurt in any way as I wasnt able to put him inside a basket. On arriving at Pets Nation the whole team Dr. Kallol Kumar Sengupta (Senior Vet with 40+ years of experience) and Para Vets present that day Sucheta Baidya, Riki Das and Debashish Roy diagnosed and started the treatment. Everyone was so kind and caring there towards the baby that I literally cried. Pets Nations team includes experienced and caring professionals who share the belief that care given to the babies should be comprehensive and courteous. Dr. Sengupta even patiently made me understand the next steps of treatment about 3-4times more as I was very anxious. They even slashed down the total expense to half without any compromise in the treatment. They asked me to bring meow in for the next 5 days for his antibiotics and dressing. They havent charged a penny for that the next following days except the price of an injection and medicine once which was 50Rs each. The doctor checked meow everyday and asked about his improvements and issues if any. And throughout meows treatment I knew he was in safe hands. The doctor and the para vets are so kind and caring that I cant even express in words here. If your from south kolkata you must save Pets Nations contact for your fur babys well-being and if you ever visit them you will know how true this review is.P.s. Meow is doing well now and I dont have to worry about where to take a baby in need anymore.

“Pets Nation” has been the place i have been taking my dog since he was one month old. I have been thoroughly satisfied with the care Dr. Sengupta has taken of my dog at all times. My breed is Cane Corso, an Italian mastiff and his name is Caesar and we have another dog in our household. That’s a husky and her name is Roony. Last December both of ours dogs suffered from a severe disease named Parvovirus and were almost on the verge of death in a matter of 2/3 days. Dr. Sengupta of Pets Nation has saved both of their lives with on time medication (though the medicine is expensive but nothing came in our way of getting our dogs cured as this disease is a fatal one and without the needed treatment it is difficult for dogs to survive). Thanks a ton to Dr. Sengupta and Riki and Sucheta for assisting us always.Parvo is a dangerous disease and it has affected my dog despite proper vaccination given on time. This disease destroys the intestine of the dog and the dog literally succumbs to death. We are fortunate that Dr. Sengupta has started the medicine on time seeing the symptoms and saved both our dogs. I have seen from my experience in dealing with both of them parvo should be treated the moment it is diagnosed, otherwise it acts very fast and makes it impossible for the dogs to combat. Of late i am finding lots of owners are facing concers with parvo, I honestly recommend you guys can visit Pets Nation and talk to Dr. Sengupta. You can be rest assured the disease will be cured. I have a senior female cat who is suffering from critical health conditions. I have visited doctor K K Sengupta in Pet Nations . He is a very good doctor. My cats health is improving. The pet shop is also good. The para vet who was available that day was really helpful .My cat was in a very bad condition . They even groomed my cat . Dr Sengupta and has s team are very kind to animals. Also he prescribes minimal medicines. I would suggest Dr K K Sengupta to everyone mainly to people who is living in South Kolkata. The treatment cost was reasonable.

A very nice place for your furry friends. Well trained and professional staff and reasonable rates of services and goods.The clinic is a bit small but caters to the services of many pets throughout the day.If you are looking for doctors Dr.Kallol is there as well who is an experienced doctor and treats the pets with utmost care and cordial behaviour.

Very polite and well behaved shopkeeper. They also have a Vet. We took our golden retriever pup for his first vaccine to this shop. They have all varieties of pet food. However, the list of pet accessories available is somewhat limited.

Very well experienced and professional.The store is amazing having a wide range of pet products. Overall, I will recommend this place to everyone because of the best service that my fur babies got. ❤️

I got a English Mastiff baby a month back.The very next day upon arrival the poor kid had contracted parvo.I have previously taken my Lab to this clinic and in no time took my new baby as well for treatment.By their sheer effort and knowledge about the disease,the entire team comprising Dr.Sengupta and his subbordinates where able to cure my baby.The best part which I like about this place is the respected Dr doesnt unnecessarily prescribe medicines and even if he does,those are minimal.Goes without saying that the entire team is extremely polite and efficient headed by Ricky and Sucheta.By grace of God and timely treatment by the Doctor my baby recovered and there have been couple of more cases where they have succesfully treated dogs with Parvo,I would highly recommend this clinic to all the nearby dog owners given the rise of the Parvo epidemic recently.The detection and on time treatment of Parvo specifically is of utmost importance and this situation is something which the team here handle very well.I hope Pets Nation continue to keep up their brilliant work and live upto the high expectations set by themselves.I can vouch and say that they do have a sure shot cure for Parvo with almost 100 percent success rate,the flipside being the medicines are slightly expensive but I am sure if the life is saved,no pet owner would hesitate to splurge on diagnosis and proper treatment to ensure their babys well being.Last but not the least,please spread the word and do keep your pets indoor completely in these turbulent times unless there is some emergency!

Very helpful staffs, maintain good hygiene

My puppy, a golden retriever, is down with tick fever after his stay in a kennel in Bangalore. His paw was also injured.After we brought him to Kolkata, we took him to Pet Nation and they treated him really well . Dr. Kallol Sengupta and Mr. Riki have been very kind and patient . My puppy is feeling better now .

They have great variety of food

Very friendly environment, and Dr. Sengupta is very experienced and has treated my fur baby with extreme care and he is very considerate towards the owners. Amazing experience wherein as a pet parent, I can put my worries aside.

They r open this clinic for aurning money. The doctor is not cirtified doctor. They loot our money.

Dont go there. I am very much disappointed.
