Only meant for people living in kolkata, Not capable of delivering products to PAN India level. 15 days to 17 days is the delivery time. No tie up with courier service. Had ordered a medicine for my pet and as the medicine had not reached to me as per standard delivery time I had to order it from a different website which delivered it in 2 days. Till today Ive not received the order in my hand which was ordered on 30th August. So please try to tie-up with good courier service and also please update the customers the actual status rather than trying to manage the situation. Ill be happy to hear the truth from your team even if it is delayed rather than getting updates that it is dispatched and will reach soon.
