Ive trusted Oriana for the past few years for all my veterinary needs. My sick dog was saved by a surgery conducted by Dr. Rabiul Khan. Ive received great help for the post operative care as well. Im gonna get my kitten sterilized next month from Oriana only. But I just read a review where someones dog died after a surgery. Im extremely sorry for their loss. I know nothing can be said to compensate for this tragic event that took place. But my experience has been completely different. But one thing I can assure you of is that they do not use sanitizer to disinfect the operation table. Before they operated on my dog, I made sure they use the right things. And I saw them using Envurol which is a veterinary hospital, pet home and kennel disinfectant. Its a trustworthy place where animals are cared about and not viewed just as customers or clients. They also provide discounts on all sorts of pet products. I trust Oriana and will recommend taking your fur babies there.

Horrible experience. My pet dog died because of the doctors post operative negligence and irresponsibility. Upon first visits, he gave us assurance that he can successfully operate on my dog. Our pets are like our children, our family members. We trusted him with everything. First of all, the clinic is not suitable for doing operation. It has a table which is fine enough for OPD and checkups. They just sprayed sanitizer on the table and turned it into an Operation Table. Nevertheless, after the operation my dog was doing fine. We followed all the instructions of the doctor. He was supposed to come visit after 2-3 days. Neither did he come, nor did he receive our calls. He cut it, did not reply to our texts. We could not reach him for 5 days. After a week, he came to check on my poor dog who had deteriorated very much in condition. The vet did not diagnose well and just gave steriods. He was very negligent. After 2 more days of suffering and pain, my dog breathed her last. I am sure she would have healed if not for such negligence and irresponsible behaviour from the vets side. Kindly think twice before consulting Dr. Rabiul Khan for any surgery. RIP my sweet pooch.

I recently started taking my 9+yr old cocker spaniel here after being misguided and duped by 2-3 other vets. Oriana is a good vet clinic + pet store with professional and skilled doctor and staff. Not like other business minded vet clinics. Very polite and genuine people. They will not misguide and give wrong/expensive treatment.

This store REALLY needs to amp up their behaviour with monthly customers. Miscommunication between the partners causes each to charge different prices at different times. (No wonder online stores are making a killing). Unnecessarily egotistical and rude. Never going back to them.
