This is the only place in Kolkata to keep your pet healthy and sporty.

Worst place. Very expensive. I bought a dress for my dog it was so over priced. The same thing I got from a store name Pets Paradise near noapara in less than half price. They have best collection in cheap price.

Not a great collection for fish lovers and bit costly too.. Behavior of the attendant is also not upto the mark.. I asked for a name of a live plant species, the person didnt inform the name, just said there are different types of such plants and when again asked, said the same are not for sale..Even if the plants are not for sale, I dont think there is any harm in informing the name.. Whatever expectation and interest to purchase few things I entered the shop with, immediately I dropped the idea and left..

I went in and saw two beautiful golden retrievers. They were kept in a cage without food and water not even a small blanket, the ac was really cold and they were cuddled up together, were shivering and wet. I asked one staff why there was no blanket and told him to put at least something on the ground because the puppies were clearly uncomfortable. If this is the way they are treated in store ,waiting for someone to adopt them at least make them comfortable. I am really disappointed in how they are treating the dogs there. I hope you do change this.

This store is killing animals rather than providing them as pet. Staff have zero idea of working of a simple aquarium. I bought aquarium few months back. All fish died even after taking all vitamins and medicine and regular cleaning by Animal planet staff. Highly overcharged.

Its the worst place one can take ones dog too , fancy ambience is the only catch, the doc tor they provide Dr Induvushan Dey the worst moron you can get he only cares bout money and doesnt know anything regarding veterinary, he killed my pet posto he gave wrong medications and forced us to buy other medicines which are not needed at all dont take your pets there dont!

The staffs are good towards customers, the aquarium sections of this animal planet specifically deals with only fresh water fishes.

It is just another overtly expensive place. To add more pain to the customer they always ask for cash payment, as in dont accept cards.

I found it good for buying pet accessories and fishes .

1st and foremost JUST DONT BUY FISHES FROM THIS STORE. Its Inhumane how they keep a dead fish floating in a tank with the good ones.. without even removing the dead fish. Who Cares right? they Just need to sell the fish.yes they do have all the fancy equipments and foods.. But DO NOT BUY FISH from this store.i recently bought a white Molly fish male.. and Boom.. It had ICH/ICK and it infected all the other tank mates. If you want to Burn your cash please try a better store and the person doesnt even know how to tranfer fish from the tank to a plastic bag.. really reckless staffing.
