I recieved the last update on 27th of July that they recieved the item but did not get any further updates from there. Did not even get the dispatched notice from them. Worst service with zero reliability. I have used SpeedPost before, but this KOL TMO has the worst service overall. My urgent and important bank documents are stuck with them for over a week now. Just within 6 to 7 hrs this busiest Tmo dispatched my parcel. Look at the screenshot below. Thats why I give them 5 star.& if you guys really want to go with Indian Speed Post just take 7days in your hand & book the parcel . Sometimes India Post takes 4days to deliver & sometime 7 days. BUT it will deliver to the destination surely. TMO & NSH are the most busiest place, thats why it takes more time.

I have lived in more than 20 states throughout the country and i used logistic and mailing services very frequently. I get mails from US, Canada, Germany, China and other African countries. Ideally all domestic parcels and international parcel take their respective times. But this particular Office take more time than even customs department themselves .Feels like the people working in this office are very AARAAM PRIYO (lazy). Guys, if you just wanted a government job you could have tried in chaprasi jobs because thats what you guys are born for. You guys simply come from villages and join such an important organization and due to your lazy behavior the entire city suffers.Shame on you all.

Once a book shopkeeper from siliguri,West Bengal sent me my class book to Madhepura, Bihar but the delivery went to Kolkata then it came to me , they should directly sent me but they were earning profit! My delivery came after 15-20 days ! I could not study from my book for my examination and I had to study from PDFs ! You should improve this!
