Ok, I am from this college, and giving a gentle review, dont go for fake reviews on other websites, they are college funded.If you want a good career, dont try to get admission here.Reasons: No placement (0-10%), 1-2 fest(max.) in 4 year, very poor infrastructure, teachers are also rude and not up to the mark.: Also at admission tym, they will say like caution money will be refunded, but they are Just fooling you.:One thing is good i.e, its location. Also it gives more a feeling of school rather than a college.: Note- if you are Non- bengali, you will face a lot of prblms in conversation as max., teachers are bad in English and Hindi.

CIEM is situated in a primary location of south Kolkata. Campus is very big comprising more than 3 acre of land and serene environment. Admintrative staffs are very helpful. I went there for my sons WBJEE exam, and they helped and guided every students and parents pleasantly.

It was my ca exam centre...The staff were not helpful at all..Only knew rules & regulations...They were not ready to help the examinees who were new there & that too in this pandemic..The benches were very narrow..Had very difficulty in seating during 3 hrs in exam...The rooms were okay..As this was my exam centre so donot about the way, quality of teaching there..I have given 2 stars only because this centre was quite near my house, so travelling became hassel free in this pandemic.

Located in the heart of the city, this college is easily accessible by all means of transportation. A green campus with good senior-junior relationship and averagely good infrastructure.Though the placement is a serious issue, If you wanna live your life, you have come to the right place !!

Being a alumnus of this college I can advice one thing......DONT GET INTO THIS COLLEGE. I repeat, DONT GET INTO THIS COLLEGE. Administrative dept understands only money. Placement cell doesnt have a decent TPO. I am a 2017 passout; most of the of the person of our batch secured job externally; college has nothing to do with it.

Faculty members are very cooperative in giving knowledge about the current fields in the technology.The college also provides funding for various projects from the Govt. of India.Moreover it is located in a very convenient place for all students to communicate.

Get your future ruined with CIEM..Here most classes are not held..syllabus is not finished...yet they announce exams randomly..and threaten students to be present when authorities from NAAC visits. A complete waste of money and no proper organisation is there..They will not let you sit for exams if the fees are not paid but cannot even arrange proper classes. So if you have a lot of money and want to waste it go ahead..You will only regret if you ignore the reviews and get admission there..

Our college have many facilities like extra curricular activities there are drama club ,dance club etc .our faculties are also very good ,they guide us .

Very bad people in the admission cell . They took an amount as a bribe of 15k while my parents visited them. Then by taking their innocence as a weapon of their money making mentality, they took my sisters id and password of wbjee counselling. Then they pretended to lock our choice in my parents presence,but afterwards they changed it and locked the choice according to their convenience. Now while we have come for 1st counselling, the upgradation department told the actual thing which they have done. Now my sister cant able to get admitted in btech because of their mentality. I seriously alerting all the students to not get admitted in this college . It is not an institute but a money making kind of institute . Beware of this.

This is college which gives me my first platform to prove something.The entire four years of journey is still a dream cum true for me.Though the placement is here good for IT people but the faculties are really nice ,helpful and co operative in all aspects.Thank you and thanks for everything which i got from here.

This college is full of corruption. They sell their seats before the councils allotment system in BLACK. And also they have a useless campus without any infastracture. The allotment system is from my personal experience. WhorveW reading this trust me, if you are planning to go to this college you are running your future.

Worse clg ever

Very bad college, zero placement, behaviour of the college stuff is very bad, placement officer cant speak properly English also have no connection with reputed companies, most of the compassing are of a type. that 88% compassing add is fully rubbish and bogus. College provides BPO-Technical Assiosite type profile jobs. After 2 years of passing out they give security deposits. No cooperation between staff and the principle. Good and eligible teaching staffs are very less, most of the teaching stuff or lack of knowledge also not updated with the latest technology or curriculum. Students who got an offer from companies for their own hard-work. Rather than proper location each and everything is bad. Kindly avoid this college.

No campusing only BPO. Teachers are very careless, I wonder how some teachers are still teaching in this college. I would prefer everyone not to get admission in this college. The worst thing is they dont think about students future. They dont even deserve 1 star, lucky they are I gave it 1 star.

If u want to come CIEM from Howrah, then catch S-2 HOWRAH TO KUDHGHAT bus....or by break journey at Mahanayak Uttam Kumar metro station by any bus of Howrah to garia route S-5, S-7 etc. Then catch a line auto rickshaw to KUDHGHAT routeU may also come here by metro rail from dum dum to Netaji metro station KUDHGHAT area.

Most of the faculties are very uncooperative.... They think that we know everything about the subject and we are here just for timepass. I studied ECE here. Started with Rs.22000 per semester but they hiked it to Rs.35000 after admission.Many students had taken admission just for its low fee structure in camparison to other colleges inspite of higher rank in JEE that year but they cheated us and looted our money and ruined our career. Campusing is also very very bad. They bring only fake companies.

CIEM is located in the heart of Kolkata, Kudghat, which is a part of the prime city Tollygunge. ciem is not very good in terms of placement and infrastructures but having good faculties and library facilities. i am not satisfied with this college but I am not feeling cheated myself.so i am giving 5 star instead of 3 or 4 stars
