Siddha Eden LakeVille is the luxurious and prestigious residential complex being constructed in North Kolkata. It is located in Bonhooghly, Baranagar and 10 minutes walk from B.T.Road. It has Tallest Rooftop Skywalk with all modern amenities. The big lake and greenery in front of the complex dazzles its beauty. The excellent peaceful environment is the best place to have a residence. But buyers of flat are annoyed because the project has delayed by two years. The passage from B.T.Road to the complex is quite narrow and congested that is the disadvantage for such prestigious project. Price of flats comparatively bit high considering the location.

I like this beautiful scenery. This area have a scene of amazing beauty. Project is good, but little bit slow improve. They have many planning to make this project one of the best project, if really they fulfill every promise then it will be nicest thing in this area. Hope to see those all amenities and services which they promised to provide. Requesting to do it quickly. We need supermarket and high quality goods for daily use. Thats why need a Standard Mall for this huge project. Hopefully authority will look after it.

Pathetic customer support. They only look for ways to extort money from the customers. They put up some baseless charges like interest on payment delay, miscellaneous charges and what not. You have to keep calling them several times a day to get some response and even that response is only false promises. You have to be ready to visit their office several times a week to get your work done. They are sweet and good only till the time you have not paid all the money/ instalments . Once all payments are done they would just keep making false promises and keep you on the hooks. Extremely disappointed.

Open place , with enough sitting arrangements, full of trees and beautiful view of sunset on the lake

Still under construction. Only issue is promoters are too much intervening even after handing over the apartments, forceful decisions like not allowing to cover the balconies with full height grill / railings , which is very much a security concern, specially with families having kids for the sake of hampering the looks , or not to permit an arrangement of an additional wash basin in the drawing/ dining area, takes a lot satisfaction of ownership. After all one is owning an apartment and not a tenant.Will advise anyone to make it clear to siddha owners that they are accepting the money in return of ownership so should stay away from behaving as if they are doing and favour.

Worst builder, They will never respond you ..The parkstreet employees are very rude and unprofessional.. They will take your money as early as possible for registration well in advance and then while returning the excess amount they would say it takes 90 days to return.. Most of building materials are very very low graded and of cheap quality.. It was such a bad decision for me to buy a flat here now I feel trapped.. Go and buy only if you want to waste your hard earned money and peace of mind

Location wise very well connected with airport & kolkata. Flats are very much furnished. Overall good quality.

I would like to put my comments regarding the behaviour I got from Sidda team. As a client, I have visited their site and as per their marketing strategies, they have said that, Sir, the flat you have chosen is in high demand, if you are not booking it now with a token amount then it will be booked by some other client. ( Just to let you all, that was my first visit to that site and they had taken that token amount from me. )As a client I have given that amount and came back. On the next visit, when I checked the flat again, I somehow didnt like it much. So, I have requested to return my token amount deducting the service charge. Its my bad luck, I have been following them for the last 2 months and they are not in a mind set to return my money back.I am just wondering, Builders like Sidda showing such a reputation while returning the money back. I hope somebody from the builders should see this message and take the necessary action.

Its like reaching a seaside to be there, coz the upper stair flats of full of air flow like seating beside seabeach. No electricity required even in this hot summer.

Lots of changes much could have done more if surrounding area is not congested

I am a flat owner at siddha eden lakeville. We got handover of the apartment in december 2019. Now we are doing interior works there and what we found was that there are many big cracks in the walls and roof of a room!!!!! I am shocked!!!! How can i trust them that the building wont break down due to earthquake? I feel very insecure to stay there. I dont know whether anybody else has also experienced this but my experience is horrible! I couldnt have imagined this to happen after paying such a huge amount of money! They are playing with peoples lives! I dont know how will I live there, how will I have sound sleep at that room! Moreover at such high buildings, they wont allow us to place grill at balcony.. if someone falls from that open balcony, who will take responsibility of that life? Moreover water gets continuously soaked on the walls from waterpipes, has one broken glass in a window. It has become a nightmare from a dream!! Hugely disappointed!

Siddha takes your hard-earned money and does not return it back!They charged me around Rs 50,000 extra for registration cost and did not refund it immediately. It has been 2 months now and I have not heard from them since. I know theyve done the same thing to at least one more customer. Future buyers - Do not pay them the extra money for registration and stamp duty fee. Stand your ground on this one. You may think theyll return the extra amount soon but theyll not.Im giving them one star for this extremely unprofessional behaviour.

Highrise building with numerous apartments. Layout of apartment could have been better.

I have purchased a flat here. They have delayed the delivery by almost 2 years now and still no handover of the flat. They are prompt in asking for money. The quality of flat is really below par and substandard in quality. I regret the money I spent in purchasing the flat. The customer care is trained in making false promises. I have been following up with them over months now - But still no possession of my flat. Really upset with Siddha Group. They are not trust worthy.

The main attraction of this place is the lake. Ambience is very peaceful and soothing and needless to say the Complex is also beautiful with all kinds of amenities.

Siddha Eden.It has transformation BONHOOGHLY..Earlier by 2014-15 the Lake was in very bad condition.Nearby full of waste, stinking.But when this private identity came in work they transformed the lake into mini park..You can take your children.Sit with friends..Very calm and clean Atmosphere...You are gonna love it.

Siddha lake ville-islet -2205.All documents information of registration given many days ago but why siddha group not processing online registration within 31st may considering online 20% reduction rate ,May be by west bengal government?After 31st no use of such deduction if gov takes of the reduction process if there any such ,why should we give 20% extra later.It should be done before 31st May itself ,so we can get the consideration. Even they are not replying as per mail continuasly mailling them.i have already done all the payment even the lawyer payment......

Really disappointed after buying the property here. It has already been delayed by over an year and it still has a long way to go. Siddha has no concrete plan of expediting the delivery. They have rude set of staff in their park street office. Very congested units, worst planning, one building is standing almost upon another building. Gap between two consecutive building almost nothing. Only 2 small lifts (capacity 6 person each) are for 25th floor building. Finishing of floor/tiles is not upto mark w.r.t model flat. I never seen such kind of worst project build by Siddha Group (Siddha Lake View Bonhooghly).

Locality is not good, rain water is staged in Bonhooghly bus stand on top of B T Road, you may feel just like swimming pool in rainy day. Regarding Siddha Lake View project simply say….Worst building planning, very very congested just like Mumbai bosti. Finishing of flats are very bad, poor quality tiles, small lift, construction is not so good.
