Positive things that if u get a job at peaceful process then u dont get any mentally pressure or any other pressure..environment is awesome..during 2 n half years and till now I worked here..Negative thing is here is no increment at all

If i can i put -5 star. They give minimum salary around 7.5k and Will make you work around 10 to 10.30 hours. No holiday address no holiday in sunday .Week off only when TL wants. You cannot use your mobile in office hours,they kept all the cellphone during office. No Medical Emergency leave.Your parents cannot contact you while you are in office.Their behaviour is so much rude and meaningless. Their company survive only because the situation of west bengal Otherwise No one dare to Work there

This is only for night shifting.there you need to work 10 hours a day.any time you can go there for interview.this is a outboun process.there has a very pressure.

I joinied this Company as a fresher. Its a Domestic BPO. I worked here in SBI PIWC Process for 6 months. I learned lot many things from here from my colleagues and supervisors. Work Condition and Working Hours is quite harsh but if u r a fresher in this BPO industry it will help in long way.The process in which i was alligned was quite easy but cant say about the other processes which are there.I am currently working in a renowned International BPO but my overall experience in Pace was pretty niceI made many good friends there..!!My TL Gopal Sahu was really very nice and understanding person(He gave 7 days off to me due to my Final Semester Exam. I am still thankful to him for that and Liked working under him). Pritam Da was also good as a TL.Miss u all guys..!! Wish u all stay safe, happy with your family and grow ahead in career

Worst company I have ever seen in my life

Worst company Id seen forever. Due to their technical issues u have to give extra time most of the days. Working time almost 10 hrs everyday. Quality person Susmita very rude amd unprofessional. She doesnt know how to behave with employees.

It is my first job. My manager Tanmay bhowmik and TL gopal sahu are very much helpful person. They treat me like my family. Special thanks to Tanmay sir. He is really a good person..

Its a outbound BPO.There are different kind of processes.....(1) EMI collection (2) Life insurance renual (3) EMI charge collectionAll of them a target base processe. You have to collect 10-15 EMI payment in 1day, if dont, then your TL wont give you a break(its same in two other processes).Salary is 7700....if you are experienced then upto 8500They train so many candidates, but only few of them a gonna selected because there is no place for that many candidate.......So good luck if you wanna join park street(PACE)❤❤

Salary is low compared to working hours. They will make you do stretch and wll not pay you extra. Good for freshers bt not for experienced. Also pressure from clients is there. You might feel you r working as a slave.

This is a domestic bpo offering below average standards salary.They offer same package to a well spoken graduate and a not so good 10th pass both.Salary negotiation starts from 6k.In return they expect you to work for 9hrs 15mins with an hour break within which you have to adjust your time to go washroom as well.No extra facilities, incentives, salary hikes are provided.HR Department is not up to the mark.Dont waste your time by joining this organization.

THIS IS THIRD CLASS COMPANY. I WORKED THERE FOR AROUND 5 MONTHS. I ASKED THEM FOR A LEAVE DUE TO MY FINAL YEAR EXAM BUT THEY DIDNT. I INFORMED THEM I WONT BE ABLE TO COME FOR A MONTH DUE TO MY EXAM. ONCE I CAME BACK FROM MY EXAM AND ASK FOR MY LAST MONTH PENDING SALARY , THEY DIDNT GIVE ME. PATHETIC, BULL SIT!!!!!!!!!
