Oyo 10246 New Silver INN is a Medium sized but good Hotel to stay.Locating rh epremises is a patient thing in a locality of many Oyos around.Check Inn has a peculiar system of Holding back of the ID cards till check-out is a bad manners.Staffs are cordial and Open to fees back and Nice people.Rooms are good but not so allah.Washroom is Okay, Good.Upholstery and Linen was Good and clean.AC was Working without Cooling, on feedback they promised to get it fixed.Food was a menace as they bank upon some out door delivery ordered through private phone, and the restaurant is quite busy and Not very serious about customer satisfaction and Joy of Eating.Toiletries are simple and basic but available in the Wash room.Check out was rigorous as they need to to photocopy the Cards from outside shop and delayed by 40 minute with apologies by the Reception desk and manager.Overall, a Nice Hotel to be recommended as They serve with a Smile.Thanks.

Room is not so good as it shown in picture. Behaviour is also not good and drinking water service is not available . Room, bedcover, pillow cover are not clean.

Extremely dissatisfied with the hospitality of this hotel.Highly not recommended, as the receptionist was very unprofessional.I made the booking via Oyo and on reaching the property the receptionist at first told me about shifting.They told that they were not having vacant rooms.When asked about the responsibility of the hotel, they quickly blamed oyo for the inconvenience and asked to say all the things to oyo, as they were the not the correct person to listen to all these.They seem to be very upset with oyo, if that is the case then kindly remove your hotel from oyo.If you guys are going to treat the customers this way, then I should give you nil in customer service.It’s just because of you, the guests have to suffer and have to through all these harassmentI had to cancel my bookingAnd waste my precious time.Viewers please consider this before making a booking in this hotel.

Nice hotel. But the WiFi was not working here, There was no TV, normal water not available to drink. You have to buy packaged drinking water only. But, the staff are very helpful. The rooms AC wasnt working. They immediately offered me to change the room.

Disappointing. Was 800 on oyo but we had to pay 1100 at the hotel. Bedsheets were torn and dirty. Shower wasnt good either. Complementary breakfast includes only tea. But staffs were well mannered

Bed-bug noticed in room no 101. Receptionist Clinton is very cooperative.

Room should have been more clean first of all worst experience. When I reached my plot for check in they denied by saying that no room is available. But after making extra payment they provide us a very low rated room, which was very far from the reception building. after that room was not so good and very untidy, windows were broken, landline was not working, balcony was filled up with dust, geyser too was not working. Really had a bad bad experience, Ill never suggest anyone to book room here.

The hotel staffs behavior was very good, but we did not have a room in the hotel where we were scattered, and a small room was given to us, and the blanket that was in the bed was very dirty. And we saw in oyo the hotel has a garage but in the Silver Inn Hotel There is no garage, so we have to park our bike in the street and we have ordered two plates motions bariyani I came after an hour and fifteen minutes after that phone, but after eating it, I saw a chicken biryani and mutton biryan. They accepted all their guilt and the hotel authorities apologized for changing the chicken biriyani plates to others with our mutton biryani So Ive given three stars here.

Totally fraud... they are charging extra online+500/- than Oyo amount.So that after reaching I came to know that matter and I cancelled my booking.And the staff dont know the manner how to talk with a guest.The condition of the room is so bad and dirty.

First room given to me was a total trash. Ac wasnt working and the room was bad. After asking for change of room they said that no room was free so i have to wait till 5pm. Then they gave a room with working ac. Wifi wasnt working the whole time. One of the bad oyo hotels in this location

Very basic hotel. Untidy with web and spiders around. No geyser, no housekeeping or water bottle.

Not the best but yes a good one in a small budget.Pros-Room are clean,all facilities are fine right from AC,Fans etc.Room Service is good as well(7.5/10).The most nice thing is the location,although it is inside a narrow lane but surprisingly it is very clean with proper road for cab.It can be easily located on google maps and also UBER drops directly in front of hotel.Counter is small as well and they take guest picture in name of security.Food is good as well again not the best but ok as per oyo standard.Washroom are clean too.

Towels not provided. Bed was wet as well the entire room was damp. Asked them for change of room, but they said it wasnt available. Left the property with in an hour or so. I asked them to end the booking, so that I could provide my review but they didnt. I expect no less then a refund.

Service was good, just a liitle bit infrastructure improvement would have been a great experience. Because the room i got, had walls with paint falling off and the pillow cover was clean but uncomfortable. But then again, other rooms maybe fine.
