Not even giving one star. Never answer calls. They didnt deliver a parcel saying address could not be traced whereas one week before they had delivered to the same address. Now we are left helpless.Please do justice to the government job that you all have got.

Had a bitter experience. The person who is supposed to receive all parcels (speed post and normal) is an extremely hateful person...harassing public in every way he can. I wish I had known his name. Rest staff is good and helpful.

Place on map is right.But be prepared to get news of printer not working or system dead most of the time.Getting salary from our taxes paid but the team think this is their ancestral property.Rude behaviour.

The staff are rather rude and sometimes it may take unnecessarily long time for your work to be done. They often complain of link failure.
